摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a quality testing method and system of mixed treated earth, capable of measuring the content of cement or lime in the mixed treated earth easily and speedily by means of simple equipment. CONSTITUTION:A quality testing system 20 of mixed treated earth consists of a sampling device 21, a measuring device 22 and an arithmetic and control unit 23. Among them, the sampling device 21 is composed of a traveling rail and a sampling vessel part 26, and the samples gathered are delivered to a Dewar vessel 27 in the measuring device 22 which consists of a turntable 28 for horizontally shifting this Dewar vessel 27 and a first thermometer 30, a hydrochloric acid adding device 31 and a second thermometer 32 installed in order upwards this turntable. The arithmetic and control unit 23 operates all measured data out of the measuring device 22, and the result is applied to correlation between the content of premeasured cement and a temperature rise, whereby this cement content in mixed treated earth is found out, while system elements such as sampling, charging into the vessel, mass measurement, sample temperature measurement, hydrochloric acid temperature measurement or the like are controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a testing apparatus which can simply and quickly measure content of cement or the like included in a soil collected at the spot. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus 1 has a memory (storing means), a third temperature sensor (detecting means) 9c and a CPU (operating means). When a hydrochloric acid 5 is added to a sample soil 7 collected at the spot, temperature of the soil 7 is increased due to a reaction heat, which is detected by the third temperature sensor 9c. The CPU detects the temppperature rise based on a temperature inside a tank which is detected by a second temperature sensor 9b and the temperature rise detected by the third temperature sensor, thereby obtaining a content of cement or the like included in the soil 7 with referring to a regression function (related data) stored in the memory.

SOLUTION: In the submarine facilities using the floating bodies, revetments are continuously built around the floating bodies and the floating bodies are anchored to the inside circumferences of the revetments. Wastes are fed to the lower parts of the floating bodies described above. The clearances between the revetments and the floating bodies are shielded by airtight sheets to prevent the leakage of the smells from the wastes. Overflow means for maintaining the volume of the water in the lower parts of the floating bodies constant and keeping the level positions of the floating bodies constant are installed. The revetments are built continuously around the floating bodies and the seawater is withdrawn from the spaces formed by the floating bodies joined to the upper parts of the revetments and the revetments and the materials to be stored are introduced into these spaces.
