After the container is hermetically sealed and subjected to steam or hot-water sterilization treatment, the chemical liquid container is preserved under an environment equipped with a deoxidation means until the oxygen permeability of the plastic reaches the steady state and the concentration of dissolved oxygen of the liquid agent is reduced to 2 ppm or below. The second and fourth layers 2 and 4 have DSC melting points of 120 to 125°C and densities of 0.910 to 0.920g/cm 3 , while the third layer 3 has a DSC melting point of 120 to 125°C and a density of 0.930 to 0.937g/cm 3 .
