摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet peeling method and a sheet peeling device for peeling away a sheet from an object with the sheet stuck thereon without using a peeling tape.SOLUTION: At least one portion of a sheet Sb is placed on top of a sheet Sa stuck on an object W. Overlapped portions of the sheet Sa and Sb are ultrasonically welded, and then the sheet Sb is pulled to peel away the sheet Sa from the object W. The sheet peeling method eliminates the need for a separate peeling tape, and therefore reduces running cost required for peeling away the sheet.
