    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional semiconductor device, when such a circuit element as an analog circuit element subjected easily to the influence of a noise is disposed in the circuit-element region of a first semiconductor element which is positioned just below the wires whereby the first semiconductor element and a second semiconductor element formed on the first semiconductor element are connected electrically, the circuit element formed in the first semiconductor element has borne the possibility of it being subjected largely to the influence caused by the noise. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, a first electrode group is so disposed on a first semiconductor element along an outer periphery of the first semiconductor element as to surround a second semiconductor element, and a second electrode group is so disposed along an outer periphery of the first semiconductor element as to surround the first electrode group, and further, the first semiconductor element has a first circuit-element region surrounded by the first electrode group and has a second circuit-element region which surrounds the first electrode group and is surrounded by the second electrode group.     • PURPOSE:To increase the back-up processing speed for a magnetic disk by writing the record contents of a single sector to a magnetic tape, etc., while the magnetic disk turns and the sector moves by a prescribed sector moving extent. CONSTITUTION:The value of an equation 5 is set at a memory table 2 in response to addresses a0, a1, a2... and so on respectively. In this case, (nk) shows the sector number to be backed up together with (k) showing the back-up order, alpha showing the increase value, and (m) showing an integer part of the sector number respectively. At the same time, the head address a0 of the table 2 is set at an address pointer 4. When the back-up processing is started, the corresponding sector number of the table 2 designated by the pointer 4, e.g., n0 (0) is set at a register 3. Then the sector number (n0) to be transferred is designated to a hard disk 1 and the data stored in the relevant sector is written to a magnetic tape. Then the value of the pointer 4 is replaced and the address a1 storing the next sector number n1 (>>m+alpha) is set.
