摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface circuit having OTG (On-The-Go) function. SOLUTION: The noise removal and detection of a signal VBUS are performed in a detection part 100 according to a low-frequency clock signal CLK generated in a CR oscillation circuit 50, and a detection signal VBD is given to a processing control part 70. The signal VBC detected in the detection part 10 is further given to a quartz oscillation circuit 60 as an enable signal ENB. According to this, when data communication is designated in the signal VBUS, the quartz oscillation circuit 60 is operated to supply a high-frequency clock signal CK to a communication function part 80 to perform the data communication. When the enable signal ENB is not given in no communication, and the quartz oscillation circuit 60 is stopped. On the other hand, a reference clock signal CLK outputted from an oscillation part 90 is frequency-divided by a clock control part 100 and plural clock signals having respectively different frequency bands are generated. A clock signal corresponding to the calculated clock frequency is selected from the clock signals generated by the control part 100 and supplied to respective parts.
