CONSTITUTION:Cover plates 16-18 are fitted in a side plate located this side of a sink for securing. When a handle 20 is rotated clockwise by a right hand and the grip of the kitchen knife is held by a left hand to move it longitudinally, the kitchen knife is held by a left hand to move it longitudinally, the kitchen knife is pressed and secured obliquely from above by means of two rollers 2, made of a material, prevented from damage of a blade, and rotates counterclockwise through a gear 23, to perform stable grinding. Meanwhile, the material, the hardness, and the grain size of the grinding stone are varied with a kind of the kitchen knife, the grinding stone 1 is adhered to a back plate, and is attached to a grinding stone attaching plate 15 by means of a nut 19.

    • PURPOSE:To permit the correct and speedy multiusage cutting for metal by the lightweight and portable captioned device which uses a resinoid grindstone and cuts the metal by the hydraulic pressure and the action of a return spring. CONSTITUTION:An arm 3 is lifted into the 3A state by stepping a hydraulic operating pedal. An H-shaped steel is suspended by a crane and placed onto a prescribed position of a bed 7, and installed by a stock vice 9. When a material is large, a stock vice 9 is installed furthermore onto a stock vice receiving part. Then, in order to set the arm 3 into the 3A state, the pedal is stepped forward, and a grindstone is brought into the cutting state. Cutting is started by an operating handle 6. The arm 2 is transferred properly according to the material to be cut. A jack 43 is fixed at a prescribed position for the safety of the cutter. When the cutter is transported, it is transferred by applying a wire onto a hook. The operating lever 6 is put into the operation state by loosening a handle 49. Since the installation of the operating lever 6 is of shearing system, stable fastening is permitted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening means to be used even at a limited space and besides increase a locking effect. SOLUTION: A part of a screw hole 3 joined in a screwed in state with the screw thread 2a of a screw shaft is fitted in a taper recessed part 4 notched obliquely of an axis toward the center of the screw hole 3. In a state before fastening of the screw shaft, a protrusion part protruding to the seat surface side is formed and insertable in a taper recessed part 4 along with press to the protrusion part, and a locking member 1 provided with a screw thread 1a continued to a screw thread 3a of a screw hole 3 is arranged. The protrusion part on which fastening from the seat side is exerted is axially pressed, and the locking member 1 is advanced in the taper recessed part 4. As a result of bearing from a taper surface being applied and a stress in an orthogonal direction to an axis being exerted on the screw thread 1a of the locking member 1, the fastening force of a screw is increased, whereby a using screw shaft is shortened and a sufficient fastening force is ensured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut capable of exerting a strong pressing force on a screw shaft for locking it after fastening the screw shaft with a prescribed torque. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of a nut main body 1 having a tapped hole 2 threadedly engaged with a screw shaft is divided into an engaging part 3 with which a fastening tool engages and a circular lock part 4 formed on an end edge in a bearing surface side. A lock ring 5 with circular inner peripheral surface is externally fitted to the lock part 4. The lock part 4 is provided with a lock piece 8 defined by a lengthwise slit 6 which reaches the tapped hole 2 in the direction along the axis of the tapped hole 2 and a sideward slit 7 which reaches the tapped hole 2 in the direction transverse the axis of the tapped hole 2 with an end connected to the lengthwise slit 6. Before the nut main body 1 is fastened to the inner surface of the lock ring 5, the lock ring 5 is located in the end side of the lock piece 8. After the nut main body is fastened to the inner surface of the lock ring, the lock ring 5 is rotated. Thus, a protrusion 9, is provided. which engages with the outer peripheral surface of the u lock piece 8 and presses the lock piece to the screw shaft. Accordingly, a locked state in which the nut main body is not loosened and an unlocked state in which the nut main body can be freely threadedly engaged with the screw shaft can be selected depending on the rotating position of the lock ring 5.

A metal fixture 11 furnished at the side faces with projections to be fitted in the groove 9 is stored in the hatch 6 rotatably, and it is made practicable for the projection on the metal fixture 11 to be disengaged from the recess of the groove 9 by rotating the metal fixture 11, and the gap generated between the undersurface of the metal fixture 11 and the hatch in the condition that the projection is fitted in the recess, is filled with a gap adjusting member 13 so as to eliminate a play of the metal fixture 11 in the hatch, and thereby the lower jaw 4 is prevented from loosening.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce deformation quantity of an impact part to achieve a long life of it by forming it of a collective body of glass fibers as a core, and white alloy cast around it. CONSTITUTION:A head installation part 2 is fixed to a tip of a handle 1 by a pin 3, and hammer heads 4 are fixed to both ends of the head installation part 2 by pins 5. The hammer head 4 comprises a receiving base 6 of steel, and an impact part 7 of white alloy, and inside the impact part 7, a core 8 comprising a collective body of glass fibers is contained. This core 8 is contained into the impact part 7 by placing a container of white alloy in which the glass fibers are filled on an upper base 6 preliminarily before placing a casting mould of white alloy to be the impact 7 on the receiving base 6, and casting white alloy. Life of the impact part 7 of a hammer formed of white alloy can thus be elongated.
