CONSTITUTION:A plurality of hard foaming resin made rectangular blocks 3, on the peripheral section of which a plurality of flat faces are formed, are provided beforehand, and on a part of a rectangular block 3, a recessed section 9 is formed to fit the external peripheral section of the underground pipe 1 in the hole 2 made by digging. In the next step, with the recessed section 9 of the rectangular block 3 fitted to the underground pipe 1 in the hole 2, a plurality of rectangular blocks 3 are crammed in the space in the hole 2. The gaps S formed between rectangular blocks 3 adjacent to each other and the gaps formed by rectangular blocks 3 and wall faces W of the hole 2 are filled with bags 11 containing many small lumps 10 made of hard foaming resin. Above a plurality of rectangular blocks 3, roadbed materials 6 are provided and asphalt 7 is laid, temporary back filling of the hole 2 being completed.

    • PURPOSE:To surely lessen frictional force to be generated between soil and the surface of a propulsion pipe, in construction method for revetting the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A storage pipe 35 following a full-face cutting machine 33 for shield tunneling work stores a double tube 38 between an external pipe 36 and an internal pipe 37. The double tube 38 is drawn out form the rear end part of the storage pipe 35 and is turned into an external, water-impermeable membrane 48a and an internal, water-impermeable membrane 48b, and a control pipe 34 and hume pipes 39, 40 following are covered therewith. The inside of the internal, water-impermeable membrane 48b is filled with a lubricant 47. After the full-face cutting machine 33 reaches a target shaft, the space between the external, water-impermeable membrane 48a and the internal, water- impermeable membrane 48b is filled with a backing material through both ends thereof, i.e., through a departure shaft 32 and an arrival shaft. At this time, the lubricant 47 with which the inside of the internal, water-impermeable member 48b is precedently filled is discharged.

    • PURPOSE:To propel a pipe by small propulsive force, by a method wherein porous layers, of which the permeable coefficient is made smaller in proportion to a radially outward distance, are formed on the periphery of a pipe body, and the pipe is inserted into the ground while an injection material is being pumped into the layers from the end part of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of a pipe body 2 is covered with a corrosion-proof layer 3 made of polyethylene or the like. A first covered layer 5 consisting of porous polymers and having high permeability coefficient, and a second covered layer 6 consisting of cement bentenites and having low permeability coefficient, are formed on the layer 3. In this way, covered layers 4 are porously composed, of which the permeability coefficient is made smaller in proportion to a radially outward distance. After a vertical shaft 8 is excavated, an end part 9 on a pipe 1 is pushed by a jack 10, and the pipe 1 is axially propelled and is inserted into the ground. After that, an injection material-feeding means 11 is connected with the end part 9 on the pipe 1 and an injection material, such as a lubricant, is fed from a feed source 13 having a pump etc., through a flexible pipe 12. In this way, the lubricant seeps into soil 7 through the periphery of the second covered layer 6 of the covered layers 4 and the pipe 1 can be easily inserted into the ground.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily bury a pipe by forming a pipe into a double pipe of a pipe body and an external pipe, making force-fit of a lubricating agent to a filling layer after a space thereof is filled with fillers 5, and providing a passage injecting the lubricating agent and an outlet hole. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 is so constituted that fillers 5 are filled between a pipe body 3 applying a corrosion agent to the peripheral surface and an external pipe 4. A passage 7 is provided to the inside of a filling layer 5 in the direction of the axis of the pipe at an approximate 90 degree interval and, at the same time, a radial outlet hole linked therewith is formed between the filling layer 5 and external pipe 4. Positioning notches 19 and 19a are provided to the external pipe of terminals of the pipes 1 and 1a, and they can be connected at a connecting part 2 with a connection member. After that, when the pipe 1 is buried, if pressure-feed of lubricating oil to the passage 7 from the end is made, the lubricating oil is discharged from an injection hole 8 to the peri-pheral surface of the external pipe 4. According to the constitution, the frictional factors between the peripheral surface of the pipe 1 and a soil are lowered, and the pipe can be easily buried.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of excessive frictional force due to rubbing of a top face of a pipe and natural round at an upper end of a lead-in port when the pipe having flexibility is led in from a vertical pit into a horizontal pit formed by a non-open cut method in the ground. SOLUTION: A jig 4 is provided close to a lead-in port 5 of a PE pipe 1 to a horizontal pit 2 on an inner wall of a vertical pit 3. A pressing shaft 9 screw-connected to a pressing shaft receive metal fitting 13 which is provided in a support device 11 supported on a beam of a cylinder 12 which presses a section between opposing inner wall faces of the vertical pit 3 horizontally from the inside thereof presses a roller hold device 8 downward and vertically owing to the rotation of a handle 15. A horizontal guide roller 6 having an axis which is vertical for an axis of the PE pipe 1 comes into contact with the PE pipe 1 from above to press it. A vertical guide roller 7 comes into contact with it from both sides to suppress bending of the PE pipe 1 to the right and left. The PE pipe 1 advances into the horizontal pit 2 linearly to prevent rubbing of a top face of the PE pipe 1 and natural ground at an upper end of the lead-in port 5.

CONSTITUTION:A pipe to be pushed at its root by a root-pushing apparatus 19 has a structure of a double pipe consisting of an inner pipe 13 and an outer pipe 14. A full-face cutting machine 14 for shield tunneling work is provided at the top end of the double pipe and soil 1 1 is excavated by rotatably driving a cutter disk 15a at the top end thereof. Jacks 23 for the inner pipe and jacks 24 for the outer pipe are provided on a root-pushing head 21 at the top end of the root-pushing apparatus 19, and the inner pipe 13 and the outer pipe 14 are alternately pushed at their roots. The outer pipe 14 is divided into a front pipe 16 and a rear pipe 17, and the front pipe 16 is fastened to the inner pipe 13 with mortar 28. The rear pipe 17 is slidably laid on the inner pipe 13 by piping-smoothers 29. Frictional force between the soil 11 and the surface of the outer pipe 14 is produce only either on the front pipe 16 or on the rear pipe 17 by alternately pushing the root of the inner pipe 13 and the root of the rear pipe 17 of the outer pipe 14. Therefore, force necessary for propulsion is enough with small force.

CONSTITUTION:A temporary back filling member 11 is formed out of a rectangular cylinder 12 which can be folded in a parallelogram form and a cover plate 11 which can be mounted and demounted on the cylinder 12. Then, each member is made of FRP having a specific gravity larger than that of water, and the cover 11 is fixed on the cylinder 2 by a magnet. When an excavated groove 15 for a gap pipe 16 is temporarily buried, the refilling members 11 which are fabricated to each box shape are lain in the groove 15, and steel sheet piles 20 and asphalt pavement 21 are successively laid, and the rainwater which intrudes is discharged from a hole 65a formed on the cover. Further, when the groove 15 is withdrawn through excavation, the hole 65a is utilized as handle, and transportation in folded state is performed. Accordingly, the floating-up due to the underground water is prevented, and assembly and transport can be carried out easily, and tilt is prevented, and the upper surface can be kept horizontal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of sparks throughout the whole process of drilling work by providing a water supply way in the shaft center direction of a drill bit and a water jetting hole in the tip portion of shaft core and then supplying water from an external water source. SOLUTION: A water supply way 3 is provided inside a drill bit 1 along the rotating shaft center of the drill bit 1, and a water jetting hole 2 is provided near the tip in the shaft center direction. A water supply mechanism 5 for supplying water from the outside of the water supply way 3 is fitted to a coupling rod member 10 in a freely rotatable manner. A ring-shaped water space 23 for filling water between a water jacket member 20 and a coupling rod member 10 is formed, and a water supply hose 45 from the outside is connected to a joint portion 21. By making a configuration as stated above, the generation of sparks due to the impact between the drill bit 1 and an object to be drilled can be prevented, or generated sparks are shielded with water against combustible gases or liquids thereby preventing igilion from occurring.
