    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum distillation apparatus which can be operated by using warm water so that the distillation/separation efficiency of this apparatus is improved.
      SOLUTION: This vacuum distillation apparatus is provided with: a distillation still 1 having a heating part K for heating the liquid to be distilled; a sucking means 4 for sucking the vapor in a vapor discharging line 3 to be connected to the distillation still 1 to reduce the pressure in the distillation still 1 and; a condenser 5 for liquefying the vapor passing through the vapor discharging line 3. The heating part K is provided with a coiled heating tube 9 which is arranged in the distillation still 1 and through which warm water is made to flow and a heating jacket 10 which is arranged in a jacket-like shape for surrounding the outer periphery of the distillation still 1 and through which warm water is made to flow.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of a device if it is necessary to divide an in-furnace temperature control zone due to an increase in the length of a furnace or an unequal load distribution in a heat treatment furnace based on a sequential combustion system. CONSTITUTION: The interior of a furnace 1 is segmented into a plurality of temperature zones A and B in the longitudinal direction and temperature sensors 3a and 3b, which detect a differential temperature between each of the zones A and B where a plurality of combustion patterns, which have increased and reduced the duty ratio of each of burners 2-1 to 2-8 at a definite rate, are preliminarily set for every zone A and B. When the differential temperature exceeds a specified value, the differential temperature is eliminated by changing over the combustion patterns. This construction makes it possible to correct temperature inequality between each zone merely by installing one set of a temperature controller 4 and a pulse combustion controller 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform variations in combustion control patterns wherein a combustion condition for each of respective burners is decided in accordance with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: A combustion apparatus is so constructed as to have a plurality of burners 4 arranged in a scattered manner for heating the interior of a furnace 3, and to have a pattern setting means 72 for setting combustion control patterns, wherein a combustion condition for each of the respective burners 4 is decided in accordance with the lapse of time, and a controlling means 73 for controlling the plurality of burners 4 on the basis of the combustion control patterns set by the pattern setting means 72. In this case, the pattern setting means 72 is constituted to have a memory means 72a for storing a plurality of types of combustion control patterns and a pattern instructing means 72b for instructing one pattern selected from among the plurality of types of combustion control patterns. The controlling means 73 is so constituted as to control the plurality of burners 4 according to the instructed combustion control pattern on the basis of information instructed by the pattern instructing means 72b.
