摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the NOx in waste gas without need for a denitrator by bringing the waste gas into contact with a waste gas processing soln. contg. an oxidizing agent and bromine ion, and absorbing the NOx in the gas into the processing soln. CONSTITUTION:A soln. contg. an oxidizing agent and bromine ion is prepared, and waste gas is brought into contact with the soln. to absorb the NOx in waste gas into the soln. Concretely, sodium hypochlorite and potassium bromide are added to an alkaline cleaning soln., the soln. is dispersed in a smoke scrubbing tower 21 as the absorbent, and the soln. accumulated on the tower bottom is circulated by a pump 22. When the NOx-contg. gas (at about 500Nm /h, 20 deg.C, 500-700ppm inlet HCl, and 40-50ppm inlet SOx) is scrubbed with the soln., the NOx are removed with high efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of inert gas. SOLUTION: This treating device includes a heater 8 in common use for storage in which the inert gas of a high temperature in a range of not fluidizing ash in flying ash is blown and is held at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time to pyrolyze organic chlorine compounds in the flying ash and an ash cooler 9 which cools the flying ash after the pyrolysis. The device is provided with a heating gas circulating line 15 which supplies the inert gas of the high temperature to the heater 8 in common use for storage via a burner type heater 41 and circulates the inert gas discharged from the heater 8 in common use for storage to the heater 8 in common use for storage via the burner type heater 41. This heating gas circulating line is provided with a gas discharge line 19 by interposing a dust filter 14 connected with a gas supply line 17 for backward washing. The steam quantity in the circulating gas is balanced at a specified rate by discharging the inert gas quantity for backward washing and the gas quantity corresponding to the steam generation quantity from the flying ash.

Both the exhaust gas drawn from the washing tower 1 and the mercury vapor drawn from the aeration vessel 2 are induced to a mercury trapping tower 3 and herein it is trapped with a mercury vapor adsorbent and the treated gas is discharged in the atmosphere.

The exciting force of the kneader 5 is made smaller so as to suppress the generation of the hydrogen at this time. Ventilation operation is carried out by opening ventilation dampers 16, 17 and actuating a blower 8 for ventilation after calculation of the fly ashes. Simultaneously, the vibration frequency of the kneader 5 is increased to enhance a kneading effect. The gases contg. the hydrogen generated at this time are discharged by the blower 8 to the outside of the system through the scrubber 7. The heavy metal fixing agent and flocculating agent are successively injected from the liquid chemical injector 6 and the pH control agent is injected at need.
