摘要： PURPOSE:To remove Hg and NOx simultaneously and efficiently by contacting exhaust gas containing Hg and NOx with absorbing solution containing hypochlorite or chlorite. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas containing Hg and NOx is guided into an exhaust gas washing column 21, and absorbing solution comprising alkali washing solution with hypochlorite or chlorite such as NaClO or the like added is circulated by a pump 22, exhaust gas being washed and treated. At this time, the absorbing solution absorbs water soluble Hg, the whole Hg constituted with water soluble Hg and also NOx. Thus, Hg and NOx are removed out of the exhaust gas simultaneously and efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively remove NOx, especially, NO in exhaust gas by bringing combustion exhaust gas having chlorine preliminarily contained therein into contact with an absorbing solution prepared from caustic soda containing an ammonium ion and a bromine ion. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas of a garbage incinerator is introduced into a co-current flow venturi type washing tower 11 and, since chlorine is preliminarily added to the exhaust gas in this washing tower 11, as a result, NaClO is injected in the recirculation solution of the washing tower 11. This recirculation solution of the washing tower is brought to strong acidity by hydrochloric acid in the exhaust gas but, by separately adding NaOH, the pH thereof is held to about 3. The exhaust gas having chlorine added thereto is introduced into an absorbing tower 13 and brought into contact with the recirculation solution containing NH4 and Br of the absorbing tower 13 according to a countercurrent flow system to absorb and remove NOx. Subsequently, the exhaust gas is dehumidified by the cooling water caming from a water tank 15 through a cooling tower 16 in a dehumidifying tower 14 to be discharged out of the system.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove NOx of a low concn. in exhaust gas in an extremely effective manner by bringing combustion gas in which bromine is preliminarily contained into contact with an absorbing solution prepared from caustic soda containing an ammonium ion. CONSTITUTION:A washing solution is prepared by adjusting an aqueous solution of sodium hypobromite to strong acidity and brought into contact with combustion exhaust gas to contain bromine in the exhaust gas. Subsequently, an aqueous caustic soda solution containing an ammonium ion is used as an absorbing solution and the aforementioned bromine-containing exhaust gas is brought into contact with the absorbing solution to absorb nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas. The caustic soda solution after nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas is absorbed and removed is subjected to diaphragm electrolysis while the obtained bromine gas and caustic soda are recirculated for reuse. By this method, Nox of a low concn. almost impossible to remove by a conventional wet absorbing method can be removed in an extremely effective manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove both insoluble, mercury and also nitrogen oxide by causing a flue gas to be absorbed in a solution containing hypochlorous acid prepared by an electrolysis of a solution containing alkali chloride which has absorbed hydrogen chloride gas in a flue gas. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing alkali chloride which has absorbed hydrogen chloride gas in a flue gas, or a waste water which is obtained by removing heavy metal salt from waste washing water containing alkali chloride is electrolyzed and converted to a solution which contains hypochlorous acid with 1-1,000ppm effective chlorine salt content, and this solution is utilize as a washing solution within a pH range between 3 and 8. A flue gas is treated either with a one-step wet washing apparatus wherein both water soluble and insoluble mercury are simultaneously absorbed and removed by that hypochlorous acid containing solution or with a two-step wet washing apparatus wherein water soluble mercury is removed in the first step and then water insoluble mercury is absorbed and removed by that solution in the second step. At the same time, nitrogen oxide is oxidized by that solution and removed in these washing treatment. By this aforementioned method, not only insoluble mercury such as mercury vapor, which has so far seemed difficult to be removed, is effectively removed but also nitrogen oxide is removed simultaneously from a flue gas.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of inert gas. SOLUTION: This treating device includes a heater 8 in common use for storage in which the inert gas of a high temperature in a range of not fluidizing ash in flying ash is blown and is held at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time to pyrolyze organic chlorine compounds in the flying ash and an ash cooler 9 which cools the flying ash after the pyrolysis. The device is provided with a heating gas circulating line 15 which supplies the inert gas of the high temperature to the heater 8 in common use for storage via a burner type heater 41 and circulates the inert gas discharged from the heater 8 in common use for storage to the heater 8 in common use for storage via the burner type heater 41. This heating gas circulating line is provided with a gas discharge line 19 by interposing a dust filter 14 connected with a gas supply line 17 for backward washing. The steam quantity in the circulating gas is balanced at a specified rate by discharging the inert gas quantity for backward washing and the gas quantity corresponding to the steam generation quantity from the flying ash.
