摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling an environment and storing fruit vegetables by which the fruit vegetables can properly be stored for a long period with saved labor while retaining high freshness thereof. CONSTITUTION: This method for controlling an environment and storing fruit vegetables comprises a step for introducing an atmospheric gas in a storage house containing volatile organic substances and moisture emitted from the fruit vegetables into an adsorption column filled with a dehumidifying agent, a step for introducing the atmospheric gas into a decomposition column filled with an organic substance decomposing agent, decomposing and removing the volatile organic substances, a step for introducing the atmospheric gas into another adsorption column filled with a dehumidifying agent in a state thereof adsorbing the moisture, desorbing the moisture from the dehumidifying agent and humidifying the atmospheric gas and a step for returning the resultant atmospheric gas into the storage house.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carrying out a different operation for each condition having a high oxygen concentration, a high CO2 concentration and a high concentration of a volatile organic gas in a storage section by using an absorption tower filled with a nitrogen absorbent. SOLUTION: Storage of fruit vegetables under environmental control is carried out by a system which can adjust the concentrations of oxygen, CO2 gas and a volatile organic substance in a storage section by changing an absorption time of one kind of an absorption tower. The system is provided with a cooling tube for cooling an exhaust gas by the chilled air from the storage section and a drain pot for recovering the water condensed by the cooling tube at the exhaust gas side of a vacuum pump for producing a reduced pressure condition.

CONSTITUTION:A noncondensable gas 1 having a low content of H2S discharged from a geothermal power plant is pressurized by a blower 2 and supplied to an adsorption tower 4a to adsorb H2S, and the remaining gaseous N2 is discharged outside the system from a passage 7. Meanwhile, an adsorption tower 4b after adsorption is purged with gaseous N2 by driving a vacuum pump 9, and the gaseous H2S is reduced in volume, concentrated and recovered. The gaseous H2S is burned in a combustor 13 and converted to SO2, the SO2 is cooled, supplied to a catalyst bed 18 and converted to SO2, and the SO2 is absorbed in water in a water absorption tower 20 and recovered as dil. sulfuric acid. SOLUTION: In a silica recovering method, a poly-silicic acid is produced by polymerizing a mono-silicic acid in a silica solution and is then recovered. The silica solution is first put in a polymerization apparatus 1 packed with a γ-alumina carrier 1b having a plus charged surface, and is then agitated together with the γ-aluminum carrier 1b in the presence of a cation type surfactant by an agitator 1a. In this polymerization process, the poly-silica is obtained from the mono-silicic acid. In a filtration process, the silica solution, after the polymerization process, is filtrated through a filtration apparatus 8 to separate the mono-silicic acid.

The removal of oxygen, CO2 volatile organic substance to the outside of the system is carried out by changing adsorption time by one kind of adsorption tower. In this case, a blower circulating the gas in the system and a vacuum pump for making reduced pressure conditions is covered with atmospheric gas in the chamber.
