    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of obviously grasping an operating state on this kind of a detection switch. SOLUTION: The display device sets a threshold value between a background level and an operation level, and is applied to the detection switch generating switching output on the basis of the comparison of a detection value and the threshold value. The display device is provided with a zero resetting reference value storing means for storing the detection value obtained at a time point as a zero resetting reference value in response to prescribed operation, a zero resetting reference subtraction means for subtracting the zero resetting reference value from the detection value, and a display control means for displaying the detection value subtracting the zero resetting reference value from the zero resetting reference subtraction means on a display. The arbitrary detection value can be displayed by an absolute value making the background level as a reference by storing the detection value corresponding to the background level in the prescribed operation as the zero resetting reference value.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration of distance setting type photoelectric switch by using a photoelectric switch main circuit of a photoelectric switch for judging the light amount as it is. CONSTITUTION:A light is directed to an object detecting area by a light projecting element 32 through a light projecting circuit 31 from an oscillating circuit in a photoelectric switch main circuit 1. The reflected light is received by a position detecting element 35 and is converted into voltage by I/V convertors 36 and 37. The outputs from the convertors 36 and 37 are substracted and added by a substraction circuit 38 and adding circuit 39, respectively. When the added output exceeds the threshold of a comparison circuit 41, an offset synchronized with a light-projection pulse is added to the output of the circuit 38. Further, the output is integrated by an integration circuit 45, and the result is added, as a same input signal as that for a photoelectric switch for judging light amount to the circuit 1.

    • PURPOSE:To remove noise the level difference between the noise and signals is present thereon and to make high-speed response when the level difference is present thereon by inverting the output of a storage circuit by using the outputs of 1st or 3rd and 2nd or 4th logic circuits. CONSTITUTION:When the level of a light receiving pulse is low, each cell output of a shift register 4 is fluctuated between logic '1' and logic '0' and the 3rd logic circuit 16 does not detect that the first half cell output is logic '1' and the second half cell output is logic '0'. When each cell output of the register 4 is set to logic '1' by the light receiving pulse, the output of a storage circuit 9 is inverted by the output of the 1st logic circuit 5. When the level of the light receiving pulse is high, on the other hand, logic '1' is successively inputted after the light receiving pulse is once inputted to the register 4. Then the 3rd logic circuit 16 detects that the first half cell output becomes logic '1' and the second half cell output become logic '0' and the output of the storage circuit 9 is inverted by the output of the circuit 16.

    • PURPOSE:To enable prevention of an mutual interference with a reduction in the number of wires between a master machine and sensors by providing the sensors with a timing circuit to output a frequency division clock signal in response to an output of a front-stage frequency divider synchronizing a clock signal. CONSTITUTION:a clock signal CLK 1 from an oscillation circuit 11 is sent to light receiving sensors 2-1 and 2-n by a line L1 and a frequency division clock signal CLK 2-0 obtained by a frequency division 12 of the signal CLK1 by 1/n is sent to the sensor 2-1 by a line L2-0. Then, the signal CKL2-1 is sent to a circuit A21-2 of the next sensor 22 with a timing circuit A21-1 while a projection element 22a-1 is lit. Thereafter, this operation is repeated sequentially to the last sensor 2-n and the projection elements 22a-1-22a-n are lit sequentially once per (n) times. On the other hands, received light signals of the light receiving elements 22b-1-22b-n are added up 24-1-24-n and then, transmitted to a master machine 1 trough a line L3 to be led out individually to each of the sensors. Thus, the master machine is connected to the sensors with three wires regardless of the number thereof and a time division processing is performed thereby eliminating mutual interference therebetween.
