    • PURPOSE:To aim at the simplification of operation by forming a bar arrangement material in a part, where a shield machine pieces through, of a shaft wall body of reinforced concrete, with fiber reinforced plastics, and making a through part of the shaft wall body so as to be bored and crushed by a cutter head. CONSTITUTION:A water-stop flange 14 is installed in a starting through part 12a for a shield machine 13, of a reinforced concrete wall body 12, while a fiber reinforced plastic bar arrangement material 16 is connected to a steel bar arrangement material 15 and formed in an around a connecting part of this flange 14. Next, a cutter head 22 is rotated and driven, a driving jack 26 is extended, and a shield body 21 is advanced forward. Then, the head 22 is inserted into the flange 14, and a concrete wall 17 is bored and crushed together with the bar arrangement material 16, forming a starting port, making it rush into natural ground 28. Accordingly, operation is simplified and, what is more, a construction period is reducible.

    • PURPOSE: To improve welding quality without requiring skilled technology by determining the targeting position in the vertical direction of welding arc based on the value obtained by use of the ratio of each deposition cross section area of first weld bead/second weld bead. CONSTITUTION: Welding is executed to the groove formed to an object D to be welded at horizontal position. At this time, plural weld layers A1 -A8 are formed approximately in equal width in the horizontal direction, in each weld layer, plural weld beads 1-11 having a different number of pieces in the vertical direction are formed. In forming the weld bead, the targeting position in the vertical direction of welding arc is determined based on the value obtained by use of the ratio of each deposition cross section area of a first bead 1 and second bead 2 applied to each weld layer A1 -A8 . This value is obtained by use of the following formula. (second bead deposition cross section area)/(first bead cross section area)×α+β+((the number of welded layers-2)×(bead deposition cross section area))/(deposition bead layer thickness) wherein α, β are constant.
