摘要： PURPOSE:To easily improve high strength and biological affinity by adding and mixing both SiO2 powder and Al2O3 powder to/with calcium phosphate powder which is specified in Ca/P ratio and has been synthesized by a mechanochemical method and sintering the mixture. CONSTITUTION:CaCO3 and CaHPO4.2H2O are mixed together with pure water at a molar ratio of (1.02-1.10):2 so that Ca/P is regulated to 1.51-1.55 and the mixture is pulverized with a ball mill and subjected to mechanochemical reaction to obtain slurry (A). Then after dehydrating and drying the component A, calcium phosphate (B) is obtained by calcining it at about 750 deg.C. Thereafter a mixture (C) is obtained by mixing crystalline SiO2 powder which has been obtained by crystallizing SiO2 powder with Al2O3 powder at weight ratio of 3:1. A mixture (D) is obtained by adding both 8-12wt.% component C and an ammonium polyacrylate-base deflocculant to the component B and mixing them to obtain a mixture (D). Then a tricalcium phosphate sintered body is produced by sintering the component D at 1200-1400 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain calcium phosphate powder showing excellent biological safeness by effecting the mechanochemical reaction of calcium carbonate and calcium hydrogen phosphate in a water slurry state, pulverizing the reaction product and then calcinating this powder. CONSTITUTION:The starting material is prepared by weighing the powder of calcium hydrogen phosphate or its dihydrate and the powder of high purity calcium carbonate, preferably having =30 deg.C, and is made to react mechanochemically in a ball mill, preferably for 24 hours. This slurry is then dried at 80 deg.C, preferably for 8 hours. The dried sample is pulverized and calcined, preferably at 720-1150 deg.C for 1-10 hours or longer to provide the objective calcium phosphate as a porous or dense body.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a rigid film having superior biocompatibility by coating the surface of a base material with a slurry of fine phosphate glass powder and further coating it with a slurry of fine calcium phosphate powder synthesized by a mechanochemical process. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base material of ceramics or a metal is coated with a slurry of fine phosphate glass powder consisting of CaO, Na2O, P2O5 and Al2O3, and the slurry is dried and heat treated to form a binder layer. The surface of the base material having the binder layer is then coated with a slurry prepd. by mixing fine calcium phosphate powder synthesized by a mechanochemical process with a deflocculating agent such as ammonium polyacrylate and water, and the slurry is dried and heat treated to form a calcium phosphate film. This film is dense and uniform and has high adhesion to the base material. The base material having the film is poisonless and can be utilized as a material to be implanted in a living body such as an artificial dental root or an artificial bone.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject complex capable of keeping the activity of a plasminogen activator(PA) effect and effective as a thrombolytic agent for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, etc., by bonding PA to a porous material composed of a calcium phosphate through covalent bond. CONSTITUTION:A toluene solution of aminopropyltriethoxysilane, etc., is added to a porous carrier (beta-TCP carrier) composed of a calcium phosphate (e.g. beta-tricalcium phosphate) and heated at 110 deg.C for 6hr under refluxing. The treated beta-TCP carrier is washed with toluene and dried. The obtained beta-TCP carrier having introduced amino groups is filled in a column and a 0.1M phosphoric acid buffer solution (pH7) containing glutaraldehyde is circulated through the column. Thereafter, a 0.1M phosphoric acid buffer solution containing a plasminogen activator (e.g. urokinase) is circulated through the column to bond the plasminogen activator to the carrier through covalent bond and the unreacted materials are removed by washing to obtain the objective complex of the plasminogen activator and the porous carrier.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce an inorganic carrier having mechanical strength and thermostability, by blending an aqueous alumina sol with an aqueous silica sol, solidifying to give raw material powder, blending the powder with liquid paraffin, molding into a desired shape and burning. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous alumina sol is mixed with an aqueous silica sol in the optimum molar ratio of Al2O3:SiO2 of 3:1, dried and solidified into raw material powder, which is blended with liquid paraffin in the ratio of 30% and molded into a given shape such as granular, tubular or lamellar shape. Then the prepared molded article is burnt at 1,200 deg.C to 1,500 deg.C into an Al2-O3 SiO2-based porous substance to give an inorganic carrier for immobilizing an enzyme. By using the above-mentioned raw material, concentration of hydroxy group to become a reactive group of enzyme immobilization reaction by common bonding method can be arbitrarily controlled and further a carrier having large surface area can be produced. Consequently, when the carrier is used as a carrier for a bioreactor because of high mechanical strength and high thermostability, a device can be readily scaled up and a way to use on industrial scale is opened.

The aqueous solution is added with H2O2 to a concentration of 1-20wt% and heated at 5-100 deg.C to effect the oxidative decomposition of the complexing agent and the reaction of Ca ion with phosphoric acid ion to form a porous sphere of calcium phosphate. The porous material is separated from the solution and heat-treated at 900-1,500 deg.C. The porous sphere of calcium phosphate produced by this process has excellent bio-compatibility and useful for the bio-material for filling the deficient part of bone, a material for the stationary phase for liquid chromatography, etc.
