    • PURPOSE:To save the high cost of a continuous writing system and to remove the indistinctness of a dot system, by providing a subordinate carriage set on a main carriage movably in a second-axis direction forming some angle to a first-axis direction, a subordinate feeding mechanism driving the subordinate carriage in connection with a movement of the main carriage, and a pen held controllably in shaking by the subordinate carriage. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 122 corresponding to the shaft 22 of a main carriage 12 is provided on a subordinate carriage 100, and a pen holder 123 with an armature 126 is supported pivotally by said shaft 122. A cassette pen 124 constituting continuous writing pens E and F is inserted into the pen holder 123. When a coil 127 fitted on the subordinate carriage 100 is actuated, a yoke 128 attracts the armature 126, the cassette pen 124 is thereby tilted, and the pen point thereof is made to contact with recording paper 2. When a stepping motor 51 is operated under the condition, a line in a Y-axis direction can be drawn on the recording paper 2. With an exciting current of the coil 127 discontinued, the cassette pen 124 is pushed up by an action of a return spring 125 and thereby the pen point separates from the recording paper 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording paper holder capable of increasing storing capacity of recording paper without increasing setting area. SOLUTION: Recording paper 2 folded at a pleat in the width direction is accommodated in a storing chamber 6, a journalling shaft 10 is provided for a one-side edge of an opening 8 of the storing chamber 6 in parallel with the width direction of the recording paper, and a recording paper loosing member 11 extending at a prescribed projection length L2 from the journalling shaft 10 toward the opposite side edge of the opening 8 is mounted. A paper outlet 9 is defined between the loosing member 11 and the opposite side edge of the opening 8. Downward rotation of the loosing member 11 around the journalling shaft 10 is restricted up to a prescribed lower limit position θ by a rotation restricting means 12, the prescribed projection length L2 and the prescribed lower limit position θof the loosing member 11 have sizes for intruding all pleats on one side of the recording paper 2 into the paper outlet 9 after contact of it with the loosing member 11 based on a height T0 from the bottom wall 5 of the storing chamber to the journalling shaft 10 and a folding width W0 of the recording paper 2.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the attainment of very excellent and easy-to-see printing of a recorder, by a method wherein a printing head is moved to a decided position and printing data are printed in the direction of feeding of recording paper when a speed of feeding of the recording paper is higher than a reference speed. CONSTITUTION:CPU 4 stores printing data in RAM 5 and monitors a chart feeding speed of a motor 12 for feeding a chart. When it judges a chart feeding speed V1 to be lower than a reference speed Vs, the CPU 4 scans a printing head in the direction of a chart width, reads the printing data stored in the RAM 5 and prints same on a chart 13. When the speed V1 exceeds the speed Vs, the printing head is moved to a decided position, and the printing data are printed in the direction of feeding of the chart in accordance with the feeding of the chart 13. Thereby the attainment of very excellent and easy-to-see printing of a recorder is enabled.

    • PURPOSE:To revolve a disc at a specified angle by a method wherein a spiral cam is provided on the rotating axis of a disc, while controlling the rotation by utilizing the groove of the axis. CONSTITUTION:A stand 1 and a disc 2 on which a wafer 28 is placed are transferred by a lever 19 toward the right, and they are arranged to stand at a position r/3 (r denotes the radius of the wafer) from the center of the wafer, then they are measured at 3 points while moving them to the left gradually. Next the stand 1 is moved to the right and the claw of a roller 5 is engaged with the groove of a spiral cam 4, then a guide pin 12 is inserted into a positioning hole provided on one side of the cam after compressing a spring 9 further. In addition, if the stand 1 is transferred to the right side, the cam 4 will turn right, and the disc 2 will turn by 90 deg. via an axis 13 as well as gears 141, 142, 61, 62. Next since the roller 5 is engaged with the groove of another cam and a control piece is lowered if the stand 1 is transferred to the left side, the cam 4 and the disc 2 do not rotate. After making measurements at the positions 4, 5, the roller 5 moves as it is engaged with the groove of another cam if the stand is transferred to the right again, and the roller turns left on the other hand. In this way, the transfer of the stand in one direction makes possible the measurements at 3 positions without its rotation, and it can be turned clockwise and counterclockwise every time outside the specified range, then measures at 5 positions.
