摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make DC brush-type motors operable even when the durability of the brushes of the motors is deteriorated or the contact between the commutators and brushes of the motors is imperfect by driving the motors at normal rotating speeds during initial control and at low rotating speeds after the initial control. SOLUTION: During initial control, a control section 71 controls a motor 81 for clamping, a motor 82 for running ribbon, and a motor 83 for transportation so that the motors can be driven at full speeds. After the initial control, the control section 71 waits for the operation of an operating section 73. When the operating section 73 is operated and the issuing of a ticket is requested, the section 71 issues the ticket. The electric currents flowing to the motors 81, 82, and 83 become the maximum when the motors 81, 82, and 83 are started and become smaller as the rotating speeds of the motor shafts become higher. After a prescribed period of time, the currents become constant. Therefore, the capacity of the power source can be reduced by making the electric currents supplied to the motors 81, 82, and 83 smaller.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve print quality by detecting a position of a medium which is transferred by a first drive system and then is stopped, and controlling a time to be spent from the start of transfer of the medium by a second drive system upto the start of printing by a printing head corresponding to the detected position of the medium. SOLUTION: A position detecting part 26 counts a pulse signal and outputs a signal to such effect that the medium is transported to a position before a printing head 18, to a CPU 25 at the point of time when a specified count value is reached. The CPU 25, upon receipt of the signal, stops the driving of a servo motor 19 through a servo motor drive part 28. In turn, a pulse motor drive part 29 starts the driving of a pulse motor 35. Thus a transport roller is rotated to print the medium while it is transported at low speed. Consequently, if there is an error at the stop position of the medium, the improved print quality of an issued ticket is ensured because it is possible to set the medium invariably to the same line for the start of printing the medium.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively adjust the data writing position in the magnetic stripe of the air ticket in an air ticket issuing device in a short working time. SOLUTION: An IATA(International air transportation assoc.) standardized medium is sucked into the ticket issuing device (S1), and a dummy data is written in an adjustment track based on an initial set value (S2), and then magnetic data of all tracks are read out (S3), and a difference between the dummy data amt. of the adjustment track and a data amt. of each of the other tracks is obtained (4), and hence whether each difference falls within an allowable range or not is discriminated (S5). If not, the initial set value is corrected with such a difference as the correction value (S6), and a dummy data is written in the adjustment track again (S7), so as to repeat S3-S7 until the difference falls within the allowable range. Then, when it falls within the allowable range, a magnetic write-in starting position is registered in a BBM (battery backup memory) (S8), and the standardized medium is ejected out (S9) to complete the adjustment.

SOLUTION: A take-up motor 1 is connected with a control section 8 for functioning a ticket issuing printer by controlling respective sections of the ticket issuing printer through a motor driver 9, and a rewinding motor 2 is connected thereon through a motor driver 10. At the time of drive control of respective motors 1 and 2 by the control section 8, for instance, at the time of start of rewinding, pulses are issued to increase gradually the rewinding motor speed to flow the electric current after t1 and during t2. Then just before stopping, chopping by pulse waves is performed during t3 similarly to the starting time to reduce gradually the rotating speed. Finally the brake is applied by the reverse rotation during t4 to stop completely.
