    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow slime accumulated on a bottom of a pile hole to be efficiently discharged to the ground.SOLUTION: A slime processing device 1 includes a pump 2 sucking slime 35 accumulated on a bottom 27 within a pile hole 25 together with muddy water 36. The pump 2 is provided with a hood 15 so as to surround the pump 2. The hood 15 has an outer surface formed in a shape corresponding to the inner surface of the bottom 27 of the pile hole 25. Since the slime 35 in a portion corresponding to the inner side of the hood 15 is sucked and discharged, the slime 35 is not spread over a wide area within the pile hole 25 and the slime 35 accumulated on the bottom 27 of the pile hole 25 can be efficiently sucked and discharged to the ground.

Each steel pipe 71 comprises, at one end, an outer thread part having a thread formed on the outer periphery and, at the other end, an inner thread part having a thread on the inner periphery. The plurality of steel pipes 71 are connected to each other by threading the outer thread part with the inner thread part.

The waste slurry 40 includes the slurry 25 used for excavating the ground 21, the slurry 25 generated in a process to adjust viscosity in the slurry 25; and the slurry 25 recovered as waste because the same is not reusable, at the construction site where the slurry is used. Also, the method applies an additive or an admixture to the waste slurry 40 depending on a soil property of the object ground 21.

In the emergency pressure-control valve 30, one end is communicated with the chamber 18, the other end is interposed in an opened slurry drainage 32, it is opened in the case of abnormal pressure (Pan) where pressure in the chamber 18 suddenly rises, slurry in the chamber 18 is discharged while abnormal pressure (Pan) disappears, it is closed in the case of a return to normal pressure (Pn) and it has a function in which the slurry drainage 32 is closed.
