    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a required structural strength in a parking facility having a multistory parking section in which a parking space and an entry-delivery section are provided inside a structure having load bearing walls.SOLUTION: An inventive parking facility has a multistory parking section (10), vehicle stand-by sections (30, 50), and vehicle transfer sections (20, 40). The multistory parking section (10) has a structure in which an entry-delivery section (12) is provided. The vehicle stand-by section (30, 50) are arranged outside the structure and have standby spaces (31, 51) for making a pallet (PT) for placing a vehicle stand by, respectively. The vehicle transfer sections (20, 40) transfer the pallet (PT) between the standby space (31, 51) and the entry-delivery section (12), respectively. The structure (3) has load bearing walls partitioning an outer periphery and having openings (3a) formed, through which a vehicle in a placed state on the pallet (PT) can pass. The width of the opening (3a) is determined according to the short side length (WP) of the pallet (PT).
