摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of properly maintaining and managing indoor environment of a building.SOLUTION: A building management system (C) includes: a building model (A) including information relating to a three-dimensional form about a prescribed structure constituting a building, information relating to the position of the structure, and information relating to specifications of the structure; and an environment management system (B) which monitors building environment information including data relating to indoor environment of the building, data relating to maintenance of the building, and ledger management data relating to specification information of equipment devices constituting the building and controls the equipment devices on the basis of the monitored building environment information. The environment management system is constructed by utilizing the information relating to specifications of the equipment devices, which is included in the building model.
