    • PURPOSE:To make speedy execution of work possible by making a transfer car stop correctly at the position of a bucket with a bucket-return-signal transmitter for returning of the bucket to a transhipment position provided, and by providing photoelectric switches to the concrete transfer car. CONSTITUTION:A position detector 11, a reflector 12 and photoelectric switches 13a and 13b are provided respectively to a movableside tower 4, to a bucket 8 and to a transfer car 2. When returning the bucket 8 to a transhipment position S1, a signal from a bucket-return-signal transmitter is manually inputted and a foreseeable position S1' for concrete transhipment is anticipated by means of a signal inputted from the detector 11. Then the transfer car 2 is made to travel at high speed and is made to slow down as it approaches the transhipment position S1'. Then, when the switch 13b is actuated, the transfer car 2 is stopped at a correct position and transhipment of concrete is made at that position. Thereby work can be carried out quickly.

    • PURPOSE:To make a communication which uses a radio wave in a 50GHz band in a tunnel pit. CONSTITUTION:A communication unit 1 consists of a main body 2 equipped with a conical horn and a Cassegrain antenna 3 and is installed inside and outside the pit by using a fitting member. A two-way type for transmission and reception is used as the communication unit 1. Two communication units 1 and 1 are connected to constitute a repeating device 5. The repeating device 5 is installed at a curved part in the gateway. Communication units 1 are independently installed at the end inside the tunnel pit and the end outside the tunnel pit. A monitor camera V, a machine M for construction, and a telephone set T are connected to the communication unit 1 inside the gateway and a monitor D, a remote controller P, and a telephone set T are connected to the communication unit 1 outside the gateway. The repeating device 5 repeats radio waves in order by the reception of one communication unit 1 and the transmission of the other communication unit 1. Consequently, the radio waves are propagated without irregular reflection on the internal wall.

    • PURPOSE:To survey the position of a digging tip part and a current digging direction by operating a driving source with a voltage difference generated owing to a difference in the photodetection area of projected laser light and using such a displacement gage that the laser light travels in the center of a passage hole at all times. CONSTITUTION:A target automatic tracking laser type transit is provided in a pit at a position whose coordinates are already known. Then when the laser light 12 is passed through the passage hole 14, upper and lower, and right and left facing photoelectric converting bodies 13 generate the output voltage difference according to an irregularity, etc., and a corresponding driving source 16 is operated to move a board 11; and a laser light incidence angle measuring instrument 10 which is so constituted that the laser light 12 travels in the center of the passage hole 14 surveys the positions and directions of a laser light reflection body and a tunnel drilling machine to which this device 10 is fitted. Respective measured values are sent to a control circuit through a signal line and processed to display the result on a display part or control the operation of a tunnel drilling part.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically carry out extension joining work by providing a receiving roller group on a car body, a crane on a ceiling portion of the car body, a front side sludge delivery pipe sliding device and a front side coupler connection and disconnection device on the front side of the car body and a rear side coupler connection device and a rear end support roller on the rear side of the car body. A missing part of a sludge delivery pipe P is formed between a divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP and a divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP by advancing the divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP from the front side coupler FJ of a sludge delivery pipe P while contracting an expansion pipe and drawing out the divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP to the rear side apparently. Thereafter, the newly set pipe is taken in by a carry-in carriage by a crane 10 provided on a ceiling portion of a car body 1, and the newly set pipe NP is placed on a group of receiving rollers 2, 2, 2... existing on the missing part the sludge delivery pipe P. Thereafter, a new rear side coupler BJ is positioned in a clearance between the newly set pipe NP and the divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP by a rear side coupler connection device 50. Newly set pipe joining and extension are carried out by joining the newly set pipe NP by retreating the divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP and fastening the front side coupler FJ and the rear side coupler BJ.
