    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP communication system and an IP communication method wherein communication between respective terminals accommodated in a telephone network and an IP network and communication between respective terminals accommodated in the IP network are performed in parallel.
      SOLUTION: The IP communication system includes: a first call processing server 15 which controls call processing between communication destination partner devices 12, 14, 16, and 17 in the IP network; first gateway devices 14 and 16 which connect respective terminals accommodated in the telephone network by a subscriber line interface of the telephone network and are connected to the first call processing server 15 in the IP network in order to perform call processing; a second call processing server 12 which controls call processing for a communication destination partner device (relay and gateway exchange) 10 in the telephone network; and a second gateway device 13 which interconnects the telephone network and the IP network and is connected to the second call processing server 12 in the IP network in order to perform call processing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice information distribution system that provides a distribution service of voice information on an IP phone network and can prevent concentration of functions on a few devices when distributing voice information. SOLUTION: An IP network voice distribution device (MS) 15 for accumulating voice information on weather forecast and controlling the distribution of information is disposed independently of an IP network call processing device (MGC) 16. The IP network call processing device 16, when it receives a preliminarily-set specific number ("177") from an analog telephone terminal 11 or an ISDN terminal 12, connects to the IP network voice distribution device 15, which in turn distributes voice information on preliminarily-accumulated weather forecast to the analog telephone terminal 11 or the ISDN terminal 12. The IP network voice distribution device 15 has a cue reproduction function for voice distribution and a function of adjusting the voice output level.
