SOLUTION: For pressure release of a part (a space 16 on the inside) of a space partitioned by a bearing labyrinth 11, a labyrinth breather 6 or an electromagnetic valve 7 is provided. When a smoke elimination fan 5 operates normally, the electromagnetic valve 7 is closed and a bearing oil is kept at a negative pressure by means of the smoke elimination fan 5 to prevent leakage of the bearing oil from a bearing section 2. When the bearing oil has a negative pressure defect due to a failure of the smoke elimination fan 5 or the like, the electromagnetic valve 7 is automatically opened to prevent leakage of the bering oil from the bearing section 2 to the inside of an apparatus.

By this method, the flame invasion under the board 9 is prevented and also flame extension to the board 9 by heat transfer can be prevented. By this method, the blast furnace operation is stabilized.
