    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply undiluted lubricating oil to an rolling roll and a rolled material firmly when the undiluted lubricating oil is sprayed and supplied by an air-atomizing method in order to compensate lubricating capacity by emulsion lubricating.SOLUTION: This lubricating supply method in cold rolling is a system in which lubricating supply is performed by using emulsion lubricating equipment and the undiluted lubricating oil is additionally supplied by using the air-atomizing method. When the undiluted lubricating oil is additionally supplied, air or incombustible gas is supplied by pressure of 0.05 MPa or more to a two-fluid spray nozzle for air atomization, and further the lubricating oil whose kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 10-300 cSt is pressure-fed in an undiluted condition, so that the granulated or atomized undiluted lubricating oil with the air or the incombustible gas is sprayed and supplied from the nozzle to one or both of the rolled material and the rolling roll, in the lubricating supply method in cold rolling.

The distribution device is configured to include a single inlet part for introducing the undiluted solution from the pump, and a plurality of outlet parts for leading the undiluted solution in the hollow chamber to each spray nozzle. Each outlet part is arranged and formed on the same horizontal plane at the position above the inlet part.
