摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an emulsified cold rolling oil composition for a titanium plate used for a cold tandem mill, excellent in lubricity and surface quality by mixing an oil or fat, a specified ester compound and a specified high- molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:30-90 pts.wt. oil or fat is mixed with 10-70 pts.wt. ester compound which comprises an ester of a dimer acid or polymer acid of a 16-20C higher aliphatic unsaturated acid with a polyol, has the free carboxyl or hydroxyl groups esterified with a 12-22C monohydric alcohol or monobasic fatty acid, and has a molecular weight of 750 to 7,500 and 0.05-3 pts.wt. high-molecular compound which comprises a (co)polymer of a monomer of the formula (wherein R is H or methyl; R and R are each 1-3C alkyl; A is -O- or -NH-; and m is 1 to 3) and has an average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000 or salt thereof.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the defective brittleness and ductility of surface by obtaining the coefficient of friction and the deformation resistance of a rolling material from rolling conditions during rolling, calculating the highest temperature of the interface inside roll bite, and rolling so that the temperature is made lower than the critical value preliminarily obtained. CONSTITUTION:In the time of cold rolling a material 3 of pure titanium, rolling loads during rolling, velocities of work rolls 1, 1', the sheet velocity at the outlet side of a rolling mill, tension and thickness of the inlet side and the outlet side of the rolling mill are measured. The tension is measured with deflector rolls 6, 7, and the thickness is measured with a thickness meter 5. The coefficient of friction and the deformation resistance of the rolling material are obtained from the rolling conditions containing these data and the diameter, thickness of work rolls, the highest temperature of the interface inside the roll bite is calculated by using the obtained data, the obtained temperature is made to the temperature less than the critical value preliminarily obtained with the experiment and the calculation and it is rolled. Therefore, because the products without micro cracks are obtained and at same time the rolling velocity can be increased until nearby the critical temperature, so the productivity can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a washing, which is excellent in safety, develops no environmental pollution, the number of times of idle shot of which is smaller than ever and which is excellent in workability and productivity, by a method wherein this method has a process for removing a water-based cleaning agent composition adhering to the periphery of a discharging port. SOLUTION: A water-based cleaning agent composition is supplied into a mixing nozzle of a resin molder so as to clean the interior of the mixing nozzle and then remove the residual resin from the surface of the inner wall of the mixing nozzle and the surface of a screw. Then, a process, in which the interior of the mixing nozzle is dried by air blowing or the like and, at the same time, the water-based cleaning agent composition adhered to the periphery of a discharging port is removed and/or the adhesion of the water-based cleaning agent composition to the periphery of the discharging port is prevented from occurring, is performed. As a result, the influence of this cleaning method to a molded article is small, no problem such as toxicity and environmental pollution develops, its safety is excellent, its management is easy and the incidence of poor quality of molded article can be suppressed.

As the nonionic surfactant, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol, polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene synthetic alcohol ether or polyoxyethylene hexyl ether can be designated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain such a cleaning method that org. matter such as contaminants and the active component of a cleaning liquid in the waste water of a cleaning liquid or in the waste water of a rinsing liquid can be easily removed in a short time, that the inorg. water-soluble rust preventing component can be maintained in the water phase, that the treated water phase can be reused and thereby, the amt. of water can be largely decreased, and further, that the amt. of the rust preventive used and the cost for the processing of waste water can be decreased, and that the method is economically excellent. SOLUTION: In this cleaning method, a metal surface is cleaned with a cleaning liquid containing a water content and then rinsed with a rinsing liquid. The cleaning and rinsing processes are carried out by using (1) a cleaning liquid and a rinsing liquid containing a water-soluble inorg. rust preventive which is not adsorbed by activated carbon, or (2) a cleaning liquid and a rinsing liquid both containing a water-soluble inorg. rust preventive which is not adsorbed by activated carbon. The waste water of the rinsing liquid after rinsing is treated with activated carbon to adsorb the org. matter in the waste liquid. The obtd. soln. after the treatment is reused as a rinsing liquid containing the water-soluble inorg. rust preventive.
