The resulting compsn. is applied to a polycarbonate resin substrate and cured to form an undercoat layer. A compsn. contg. a colloidal silica-contg. organopolysiloxane such as glycidoxymethyltrimethoxysilane is then applied to the undercoat layer and cured to form a topcoat layer, thus obtaining the desired coated polycarbonate resin molding.

A composition containing an organopolysiloxane (e.g., a composition prepared by adding colloidal silica and a curing catalyst to a hydrolyzate of glycidoxymethyltrimethoxysilane) is applied and dried to form a top layer. In this way, the titled resin molding is obtained.
