It is desirable that the function group of the monofunctional monomer is carboxyl group, hydroxyl group, epoxy group or the like. A compound of the formula (R1 and R2 are each an alkyl, and the total number of the carbon atoms is 7) or the like is desirably used as the monofunctional monomer. The component A is desirable to be produced by synthesizing a polyester resin using components excluding the monofunctional monomer from the raw material followed by reacting the thus excluded monofunctional monomer with the thus synthesized polyester resin.
