    • PURPOSE:To detect a flow on the internal surface of the exhaust cylinder which is small in inside-outside temperature difference by giving temperature variation to the exhaust cylinder from its internal surface side and then photographing the external surface of the exhaust cylinder by an infrared-ray camera. CONSTITUTION:A heater 4 is installed nearby the bottom part in the exhaust cylinder 1 to heat the gas in the exhaust cylinder 1. The temperature in the exhaust cylinder 1 is raised from the internal surface side with the heated gas. At this time, when there is a flaw such as the floating and falling of a lining material 3 and the deposition of dust on the lining material 3 on the internal surface of the exhaust cylinder 1, the temperature difference of the external surface due to differences in heat conduction characteristics and heat conductivity is increased by raising the temperature from the internal surface side of the exhaust cylinder 1, so that a difference in external surface temperature appears between the flaw part and normal part of the internal surface. Therefore, the flaw on the internal surface can be detected by photographing the external surface of the exhaust cylinder 1 by the camera 7.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a valve and a control system by providing fixed valves respectively to the gas inlet part and the outlet part of a rotary adsorption tank wherein plural divided chambers are formed by partitions in the radial direction and successively passing a gaseous raw material to respective divided chambers. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous raw material is pressurized by a compressor 41 and introduced into a gas distributing part 27 through the gas introducing part 26 of a valve 22 and introduced into corresponding divided chambers 25 through the inlet part 28 of an adsorption tank and herein the impurities included in the gas are removed and purified gas is recovered through a gas outlet 29 via the outlet part 31 of a valve 23 of the adsorption tank and a gas collecting part 30. Therein by the rotation of the adsorption tank 21, when a divided chamber 25 reaches position 5, the gas incorporated therein is fed to the other divided chamber and furthermore when it reaches position 7, the gas is purged by purified gas and then when it reaches position 8, the gas is fed from the other divided chamber and pressurized.

    • PURPOSE:To perform drying efficiently by drying efficiently from one end of pipeline then sequentially blocking the section completed of drying through valves. CONSTITUTION:Upon feeding of low humidity nitrogen gas heated through a heater 3 from a transporter 2 into a pipeline 1, the gas will absorb the moisture in the pipe to exhibit drying effect and flow through a valve 9 while lowering the temperature gradually. Upon completion of drying in the section between the valves 8 and 9, the valve 9 is closed. Then the transporter 2 is moved to the position of the valve 9 and coupled to a branch 5 near to the valve 9. Upon feeding of low humidity nitrogen gas heated similarly through the heater 3 into the pipeline 3, effective drying can be executed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable detection of an infrared image of a state of existence of a contact piece existing in contact with the internal surface of an object to be inspected, by heating or cooling the object being inspected quickly from the outer surface thereof to take the object with an infrared camera. CONSTITUTION:An infrared camera head 4 of an infrared video device 3 is directed to the outer surface of a packed pipe column 1 as piping to be inspected from one way. Then, the outer surface of the packed pipe column 1 held in a screen of a monitor TV 6 is heated quickly with a heater 7 in a photography range thereof and in the perimeter of the range. Then, immediately after the quick heating, it is taken with the camera head 4 in the photography range heated. As the outer surface of a pipe is deprived of heat from the inner surface side thereof at a portion 1b of the pipe wall with a cavity 8 near the inner surface thereof in contact with a concrete 2 less than at the portion 1a thereof without the cavity 8. A difference in thermal effect appears as temperature difference in the outer surface of the pipe depending on a difference of a packing state - how the concrete 2 contacts the inner surface of the packed pipe column 1. Thus, photographing with the infrared camera head 4 enables projection of the packing state on a monitor TV 6 or the like as infrared image.
