    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid composition which can exhibit high corrosion preventiveness to an Mg alloy and Al alloy. SOLUTION: The liquid composition contains a corrosion inhibitor containing a fluorine element, phosphorus element and silicon element in the form of a compound of one kind or a mixture composed of compounds of two or more kinds. The three kinds of elements are incorporated into the composition, by which the incorporation of the fluoride having a high effect of the corrosion preventiveness to magnesium in the state of suppressing the adverse influence thereof on the aluminum alloy is made possible and the high corrosion preventiveness to the magnesium and the aluminum can be exhibited. Here, the corrosion inhibitor is preferably the fluoride and a mixture composed of phosphoric acid and/or its salt and silicic acid and/or its salt. Namely, the fluorine element is preferably incorporated into the composition in the form of fluoride, the phosphorus element in the form of phosphoric acid and/or its salt and the silicon in the form of silicic acid and/or its salt.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle detergent having excellent insulating properties over a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The vehicle detergent comprises a fluorine-based solvent and a fluorine-based surfactant dissolved in the fluorine-based solvent. Furthermore, the fluorine-based solvent preferably has 0 ozone layer depletion coefficient, e.g. like a hydrofluoroether. The fluorine-based solvent used in the vehicle detergent is a solvent having high insulating properties. The fluorine-based surfactant neither ionizes in the fluorine-based solvent nor produces ionic materials causing deterioration of electric resistance. Therefore, the insulating properties of the vehicular detergent are maintained over the long period of time by the vehicle detergent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of inhibiting influence of dissolved oxygen to coolant at low cost.
      SOLUTION: The cooling device includes the coolant 2 cooling an internal combustion engine by being circulated in a coolant channel, and a reservoir tank 1 tentatively storing coolant or the like. The reservoir tank 1 is provided with silicone fluid 13 having density smaller than coolant 2 and separating from the coolant 2 therein. In other words, the silicone fluid 13 is floated on the coolant 2 for a purpose to reduce dissolved oxygen quantity in the coolant 2, and contact of the coolant 2 with air containing oxygen is inhibited. Although the device is same as a former device in a point where coolant goes in and out of the reservoir tank and fresh air is supplied into the reservoir tank by temperature change of coolant, protection liquid is always floated due to density difference on a surface of the coolant and direct contact and dissolution of air to the coolant is inhibited. Since protection liquid is liquid, the surface of the coolant can be covered without gap and direct contact with air can be effectively shut off.
