    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger mounting structure which stabilizes integral mounting between heat exchangers while reducing a load resulting from contact therewith or vehicle vibration, and to provide a heat exchanger bracket used in the heat exchanger mounting structure.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger mounting structure is configured as follows. The heat exchanger bracket 10 is constituted of a first engagement portion 20 which is engaged with a frame member 40 disposed at an edge of a condenser 1, and a second engagement portion 30 which is erected from the first engagement portion 20 so as to be engaged with a radiator; the frame member 40 is formed of a substantially U-shaped frame sidewall 41 of which side engaging with the first engagement portion 20 is open; frame flange parts 43 are formed by bending edge parts of the frame side wall 41 in directions separating from each other; the first engagement portion 20 is formed of engaging sidewalls 22 facing each other; an engagement groove portion 50 is formed on each of the engaging sidewalls 22; and the first engagement portion 20 is engaged with the frame member 40 from the outside of the frame sidewall 41 by allowing the engagement sidewalls 22 to slide parallel to the frame sidewall 41 so that the engagement groove portion 50 engages with the frame edge portion 43.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip attaching a member to be attached by a single operation. SOLUTION: This clip includes at least a head, center struts, auxiliary struts, elastic legs, locking portions, and dead spaces. The head is formed into a shape locked to one surface of a panel. The center struts are formed into a shape extending from the head toward a lower portion and inserted into mounting holes. In the same way as the center struts, the auxiliary struts are formed into a shape integrally extending from the head toward the lower portion and formed integrally with the head and center struts so that bases inserted into the mounting holes differ from the center struts at approximately 90 degrees. A pair of elastic legs stretching in a V shape is formed into a shape in a manner so as to be provided adjacently to the ends of the center struts and auxiliary struts and also turned toward the directions of the head and auxiliary struts. The locking portions locked to the panel are formed at the ends of the elastic legs and locked to the opening of the member to be attached.
