    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polymer resin composition which has biodegradability and is confirmed to have bioabsorbability, has characteristics such as toughness, flexibility and impact resistance, and has such the ductility and the shape-setting property (capable of being held in a desired shape) as those of metals, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (1) 50.0 to 99.9 wt.% of a biodegradable absorbing polymer comprising a (co)polymer containing a lactide or glycolide and having a glass transition temperature of ≥40°C and (2) 50.0 to 0.1 wt.% of a biodegradable absorbing random copolymer containing a lactide (or glycolide) and at least one of caprolactone, (trimethylene)carbonate, dioxanone, and a lactone and having a glass transition temperature of COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
