摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method reducing an org. solvent discharged at a time of coating and capable of shortening a process without lowering coating film physical properties such as appearance, corrosion resistance and weatherability. SOLUTION: Water dispersible rustproof primer paint (B) is applied to a steel panel subjected to chemical forming treatment or a zinc alloy plated steel panel (A) and, after the coated steel panel is heated to adjust a coating solid to 80% or more, water dispersible two-pack type isocyanate curable base coat paint (C) is applied to this steel panel to be heated to adjust a coating solid to 80% or more and, further, isocyanate curable acrylic urethane paint (D) is applied and the coating films of the paints (B), (C), (D) are dried at 40 deg.C or higher at the same time to be crosslinked and cured.

SOLUTION: In the spray coating method of the isocyanate curable coating material (A) containing a main agent consisting essentially of a hydroxy group- containing polymer having a weight-average mol.wt. of 1000-20000 and a curing agent (B) consisting of a polyisocyanate compd. having >=3 isocyanate groups and having the weight-average mol.wt. of 400-3000 so that the isocyanate group in the (B) component may be a portion of 0.5-2 equivalent per one equivalent hydroxy group in the component (A), the component (A) and the component (B) are mixed, and the mixture is heated to 35-80 deg.C and the heated coating material is directly applied by spraying with a coating machine.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin fuel tank having a two-layer structure comprising an inner and an outer layers so as to satisfy good appearance, resistance to weather, low-temperature impact property, and resistance to gasoline permeability. SOLUTION: A resin material 12 for the outer layer is fed into a top force 10 and a bottom force 11 (A), and rotational molding is performed while heating to obtain the outer layer 8 (B). Thereafter, a resin material 14 for the inner layer is immediately fed from a nozzle 13 to the inside of the outer layer 8 (C), and rotational molding is performed while heating (D). After cooling (E), the resin fuel tank 1 as a product is removed (F). A polyethylene resin having excellent resistance to weather and low-temperature impact property is used for the resin material 12 for the outer layer. With this constitution, this fuel tank 12 come to be interposed between a front wheel and this tip opening part 40a of the fresh-air inlet pipe 40 in consequence, so supposing mud and water are splashed toward the side of a bottom plate of the fuel tank 12 from the front wheel, those of mud and water are surely prevented from penetrating into the tip opening part 40a of the fresh-air inlet pipe 40. In addition, a shielding plate 44 is interposed between the fuel tank 12 and the engine E, thereby making it so as to cover a lower part of the storage recess for protection's sake.
