    • PURPOSE:To facilitate interconnecting bus bars and disconnecting them from each other by drawing up a rod, installed in each of ring-shaped contacts laid across and brought in respective slide contact with the peripheral surfaces of two bus-bar conductors in such a manner that the rod may be spring-loaded downward to be vertically movable along the inner surface of the contact, then retaining the rod with a pin and releasing the rod from the pin to be locked in a hole in one of the bus-bar conductors. CONSTITUTION:A positioning rod 38 is installed in each of ring-shaped contacts 31 laid across and brought in respective slide contact with the peripheral surfaces of the conductors 23, 24 of bus bars 1, 2 in such a manner that the rod 38 may be loaded downward to frequently appear and be vertically movable along the inner surface of the contact 31 by a spring 39. Moreover, a positioning hole 25 is formed in the conductor 23 of the bus bar 1, then a stop ring 40 for preventing the rod 38 from slipping down into the contact 31 is formed in the rod 38 at its upper part and a through hole 41 is formed in the part of the rod 38 below the upper part. When the bus bars 1, 2 are accordingly connected to and disconnected from each other, the rod 38 is drawn up against the spring 39 by pliers or the like and then a pin 42 is inserted through the hole 41 to be set in its retained condition. After the conductor 24 in this condition is inserted between the contacts 31, each of the contacts 31 is laid across the subsequently inserted conductor 23 to be brought in slide contact with the conductors 23, 24 and the pin 42 is drawn out of the rod 38 so that the rod 38 may be locked in the hole 25, or the bus bars 1, 2 are disconnected from each other through a process opposing this one. This facilitates interconnecting the bus bars 1, 2 and disconnecting them from each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay terminal in which a power supply for a sequencer is unnecessary, and which has a sequence constitution of a lower failure rate than that of a conventional one.
      SOLUTION: The relay terminal connects a printed wiring board 8 having a sequence wiring to a connector 5, and a sequence constitution is achieved. By such a constitution of the body wiring board in which a relay 2, a terminal board 3, and the connector 5 are mutually connected, and a constitution to connect the printed wiring board 8 to the connector 5 is prepared, it becomes possible to interpose a sequence constitution although this has a constitution to make a power supply and a semiconductor element for a sequencer unnecessary.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate connection/disconnection of bus by arranging an insulating spacer and an insulating rubber, covering a contact on the outside, movably in the longitudinal direction of the bus. CONSTITUTION:Tubular insulating rubbers 33, 34 and an insulating spacer 35 are arranged movably in the longitudinal direction on the outside at the opposite ends of a bus 2 and on the outside of a contact 31, respectively, with tapered faces being formed so that they can contact tightly. When the bus is connected, the buses 2 are opposed while abutting each other and then centering of opposing fixing contactors 24, 25 is carried out by means of a centering jig 26. The insulating spacer 35 is moved to the right, the contact 31 is guided by means of an inner protrusion 37, an outer protrusion 38 is fastened to a supporting board 39 thus positioning the insulating spacer 35, and then the insulating rubbers 33, 34 are moved to fasten a protective metal 40 to the insulating spacer 35 thus producing a predetermined rubber face pressure. The bus is removed in reverse procedure. According to the invention, connecting work is facilitated, intermediare bus can be replaced even after switch gear boards, are arranged, resulting in shortening of schedule and simplification of field work.
