SOLUTION: Even when a user tries to move a sliding lever 30 upward to cancel the short-circuit of the fixed electrode 11, a locking member 40 is in a locked position (that is, a switching means is not operated and the main circuit is closed) such that a locking plate 44 is locked to a connecting plate 32 and the sliding lever 30 is locked to be unremovable. This prevents the sliding lever 30 to be operated while the main circuit is closed such that the short-circuit of the fixed electrode 11 is not cancelled.

When the operating device for one switch is operating, the action of the operating device for the other switch is necessarily locked by transmission of mechanical force by the link mechanism 34, thereby interlock is performed securely between the machines, and the performance of a transformer can be improved.
