    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of excessive voltage running on a potential fixing plate even when high frequency surge voltage is generated by a method wherein an electrode to ground having a large electrostatic capacitance for a potential fixing plate is provided between the electrode fixing plate and a low voltage coil, and the electrode is earthed. CONSTITUTION:An insulated cylinder 22 supported by an insulated ring 21 is provided on the outside of a low voltage coil 3, an electrode to ground 23 is formed by winding a thin plate such as aluminum and the like in such a manner that a turn is not formed, and the electrode is connected to core 1. A potential fixing plate 5 is earthed by a lead wire 9 through an earthing side terminal 10, and the potential fixing plate 5 is connected to a core 1 in high frequency through the intermediary of an electrostatic capacitor C3 located between the electrodes to ground 23. The electrostatic capacitor C3 is made larger by providing the electrode to ground 23 and a point close to the potential fixing plate 5. An earth current runs to the core 1 from the potential fixing plate 5 through the electrostatic capacitor C3, thereby enabling to maintain the potential fixing plate 5 at earth potential.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate series-parallel switching operations of bars by providing a structure having few places where connection of the bars is changed in the switching operations. SOLUTION: A terminal 11a connected to the wind start of a winding 11, a terminal 12a connected to the wind start of a winding 12, a terminal 11b connected to the wind end of the winding 11 and a terminal 12b connected to the wind end of the winding 12 are disposed at an equal interval of 90 deg. on the wall surface of a head vessel 1 and primary winding terminals are led out sequentially to the positions of the disposition. Besides, a bar 13 is fitted to the terminal 11a and a bar 14 is fitted between a conductor 9a for external connection on the power source side and the bar 13, while bars 15 and 16 are fitted to the terminal 12a and the terminal 11b respectively. Moreover, the conductor 9a for external connection is fitted to the bar 14 and a conductor 9b for external connection on the load side to the terminal 12b respectively. In the case of series connection, the bar 16 is connected to the terminal 12a, while in the case of parallel connection, the bar 15 is connected to the conductor 9a for external connection and also the bar 16 to the terminal 12b.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress secondary overcurrent without using a fuse by connecting an overcurrent suppressing impedance, which has such property that the resistance value becomes small when the current in a secondary winding is not more than a rated value, and that the resistance value goes up sharply by temperature rise when the current exceeds the rated value, in series to the secondary winding. CONSTITUTION:An overcurrent suppressing impedance 5 is connected in series to a secondary winding 2. The overcurrent suppressing impedance 5 has such a property that the resistance value becomes small when the current in the secondary winding 2 is not more that the rated value and that it sharply increases by temperature rise when the current in the secondary winding 2 exceeds the set value set larger than the rated value. Moreover, this overcurrent suppressing impedance 5 is constituted of an object where a parallel resistor being constituted by connecting a temperature sensing resistor element and a fixed resistor element with each other in parallel is connected in series.
