    • PURPOSE:To improve reliability and facilitate maintenance for a three-phase open-data connection potential transformer in addition to miniaturizing it by making up a set of the above transformer after joining two units of potential transformers together and by housing the above transformer at a sealed container, thereby filling its container with insulating gas having a specified pressure. CONSTITUTION:Among leg parts located at bot sides of a three-phase core 1, U-phase primary and secondary coils 2 are wound at a one side leg part 1A and W-phase primary and secondary coils 3 are wound at the other side leg part 1B. The secondary side of the coils 2 and 3 are composed of a secondary coil 5 that is wound at a coil former 4 and an earth electrode 6 where a conductivity material is wound so that a one turn is not formed on the secondary coil 5 through an insulation film. The primary side of the coils 2 and 3 permit copper wires and the insulation film to be wound alternately to a shield 8 that is used as the coil former as well to form layers; besides, the primary coil 9 where a winding start end is connected to the shield 8 is formed and an electric stationary plate 10 is connected to a winding finish end of a winding coil 9 so that the one turn is not formed. A transformer that is made up in this way is housed at a sealed container and an insulating gas 14 having a prescribed pressure is filled and then its reliability together with miniaturization are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of corona discharge in the edge par of a discharge fixing plate by connecting a winding finish end and a winding start end in an intermediate par of the winding layer facing a cooling duct of the coil blocks of a parallel winding high voltage side coil to the outermost end part in axis direction of the potential fixing plate respectively. CONSTITUTION:Coil blocks 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b divided into inside and outside one by a cooling duct 14, the winding finish end and the winding start end facing the cooling duct 14 par are wound in a manner they are coated on the outermost end in axial direction of the coil blocks 7 and 8. Among them, the finishing ends of the inside coil blocks 7a and 8a are connected to one side of the outermost end parts (c) of the second potential fixing plate 15 and the starting end of the outside wire lop blocks 7b and 8b are connected to another side of outermost end parts (d) of the plate 15. Accordingly, the finishing ends of the blocks 7a and 8a and the starting ends of the blocks 7b and 8b are kept at nearly the same potentials. In this constitution, the second potential fixing plate 15 is at the same potential as the winding finish ends and the start ends of the inside and outside coil blocks 7a, 8b, 8a, and 8b.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a high voltage side coil from dielectric breakdown by a method wherein an electric potential fixing plate is wound from an inside peripheral face to an outside peripheral face of cooling duct, and the electric potential fixing plate are connected with an end of final winding and an end of initial winding at an intermediate section of the high voltage side coil. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage side coil 6 is provided with an annular cooling duct 12, which penetrates in axial direction, and an electric potential fixing plate, which is wound covering from an inside peripheral face to an outside peripheral face of the cooling duct at the intermediate position of the winding layer thereof and the cooling duct 12 is formed inserting plural pin-state spacer member 14... made of an insulated substance between the layers of the high voltage side coil 6. The said coil 6 is divided to an inside part and an outside part by the cooling duct 12 and they are high voltage side coil part 6a and 6b. The end of final winding at the inside coil part 6a thereof is connected with one end of the secondary electric potential fixing plate 13, on the other hand, the end of initial winding at the outside coil part 6b is connected with another end of the secondary electric potential fixing plate 13, then the end of final winding at the inside coil part 6a and the end of initial winding at the outside coil part 6b are kept at the almost same electric potential. Thereby, electric potential allotment in a coil of surge voltage generated at high voltage load side is evened off, the dielectric breakdown of the high voltage side coil can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To realize class F insulation or higher and reduce the number of parts, size and weight by a method wherein a transformer is made to be gas insulation structure, a vessel made of a transformer vessel and a cubicle board formed in one piece is provided so that insulation gas of specified pressure is filled, the transformer is located in the upper portion of the vessel, and accessory parts are located in the lower portion. CONSTITUTION:A three-phase transformer 11 is made to be gas insulation structure, it is stored into a vessel 12 together with accessory parts, and the vessel 12 is filled with insulation gas 22 of specified pressure. Since inside of the vessel is filled with insulation gas, insulation distances between charged sections and between the vessel and a part of ground potential are shortened so that the whole unit can be reduced in size. The transformer which is a main heat source inside the vessel is located in the upper portion of the vessel and accessories such as a cutout fuse 19, an L-shape connector 16, a secondary bushing 17, etc., are provided in the lower portion. This enables accessory parts to be maintained at low temperature so that standard parts of class A insulation can be utilized while the transformer is specified as class F or H insulation.

Thereby, corona discharge at disposition part of the electric potential plate is prevented surely.

    • PURPOSE:To divide and reduce a surge voltage and to make a protecting device compact, by inserting the protecting device comprising a parallel circuit of a resistor and electrostatic capacitors between the secondary output terminal of a testing transformer and a load. CONSTITUTION:A secondary output terminal 3 of a main body 2 of a testing transformer, which is enclosed in a container 1, is connected to an electric unit 9 in a container 8 through a protecting device 5 in a container 4 and an insulating spacer 7 in a container 6. The device 5 is constituted by a parallel circuit of a resistor element 5a and capacitor elements 5b. When a high voltage is applied from the main body 2 and a surge voltage is generated on a load side, the surge voltage is applied to the terminal through the device 5. The peak value of the voltage is divided by the impedance ratio between the circuit 5 and the main body 2. The divided surge voltage is applied to the main body 2. In this constitution, the resistance value of the element 5a can be made small in comparison with the case where only the resistor is used. The resistance drop due to a load current can be reduced, and the protecting device can be made compact.
