    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switch between a broad-gauge track and a narrow-gauge track, whose track gauges are different from each other, during traveling of a rolling stock by rotationally moving either of the/four wheels to either of a narrow-gauge rail or a broad-gauge rail by means of a mechanism by which wheels arranged on the rolling stock side can be moved vertically. SOLUTION: A fixed supporting shaft 1, which is usually not turned at all during travel, is turned by 180 degrees only in a track gauge changing section, so that either of a narrow-gauge wheel 6 or a broad-gauge wheel 10 is lowered below a roadbed so as to support a rolling stock body. On the outside of an eccentric seat 2 installed eccentrically in the middle of the fixed supporting shaft 1, an eccentric shaft 3, which is eccentrically deflected further in the opposite direction, is arranged, while a bearing 5 arranged on the outer circumference side of the eccentric seat 2 is fixed rotationally by means of a hollow supporting shaft 4. In this constitution, a positional relationship between the broad-gauge wheel 10 and the narrow-gauge wheel 6 is reversed when the fixed supporting shaft 1 is turned by 180 degrees and the eccentric condition of the eccentric seat 2 is changed from the upper side one to the lower side one, and as a result, the narrow-gauge wheel 6 can run on a rail 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-axle steering truck for a rolling stock, capable of giving a high steering performance. SOLUTION: A three-axle steering truck 100 for a rolling stock has a front axle 11 and rear axle 13 mounted so as to be capable of yawing for a truck frame 1, and an intermediate axle 12 capable of yawing for the truck frame 1 as well as laterally movable along the breadthwise direction of a track 2. Also, when the three-axle steering truck 100 moves along the curved part of the track 2, the front axle 11 and the rear axle 13 are made to yaw and steered in such a state as keeping the axial lines S1 and S3 thereof extended to the center O of the curvature of the curved part. Furthermore, an axle spring for elastically supporting the axle boxes of the front and rear axles 11 and 13 on the truck frame 1, is formed to have a small spring constant along the lengthwise direction of the track 2, compared with a spring constant along the breadthwise direction of the track 2. In addition, the second axle spring for elastically supporting the intermediate axle 12 on the truck frame 1 is formed to have a small spring constant along the breadthwise direction of the track 2, compared with a spring constant along the lengthwise direction of the track 2.

    • PURPOSE: To smoothly travel on a curve part, and simplify a structure of a locomotive by arranging an intermediate shaft on a bogie frame so as to be laterally movable, and connecting the forefront shaft pivoted by a bogie steering mechanism so as to be capable of oscillating, the rear shaft and a car body to each other by a link and a lever. CONSTITUTION: A forefront shaft 11, an intermediate shaft 12 and a rear shaft 13 are installed by leaving an equal wheel base in the longitudinal direction of a bogie frame, and a steering mechanism is arranged to oscillate the forefront shaft 11 and the rear shaft 13, and main electric motors 21, 22 and 23 are respectively installed on these three wheel shafts. The steering mechanism is composed of a forefront shaft steering levers 33 and 34, a rear shaft steering levers 37 and 38, steering links 41 and 42, steering links 43 and 44, left and right connecting links 45 and 46, a steering connecting link 49 and an intermediate shaft laterally moving link 51. Attack angles of the intermediate shaft 12 and the rear shaft 13 to rails become all zero, and the intermediate shaft 12 laterally moves by itself when traveling on a curve part, and its axial direction coincides with a width directional center of the rails.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent respective trucks from being synchronized with current fluctuation and vibrating when numbers of main motors are driven by connecting and restraining respective trucks of a car body and varying the spring constant of a spring mechanism respectively arranged in the proceeding direction between the trucks adjoining in front and rear in the proceeding direction. CONSTITUTION: A center pivot 16 running through the central part of a truck frame 15 hangs down from the bottom of a car body and a lower center pivot fitting 17 is secured to the bottom end of the center pivot 16 rotatably in the oscillating direction, while a bolster anchor 20 is arranged on the right and left sides of the lower center pivot fitting 17. The end part of the bolster anchor 20 and a truck frame seat 18 are provided with a rubber bush and a bush pin, which are fixed to the end part of the bolster anchor 20, inserted and secured thereon. Thus, it is possible to change the spring constant connecting respective trucks 15A, 15B, 15C to a car body 13 if the thickness or the rubber hardness of a rubber bush 22 of the bolster anchor 20 connecting between trucks 15A, 15B, 15C together in the longitudinal direction is changed by respective trucks 15A, 15B, 15C, and it is possible to slide the longitudinal natural vibration of the respective trucks 15A, 15B, 15C with respect to the car body 13.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a large straddle type monorail truck to travel on a curved track of a short radius at a slip angle 0(zero) by providing guide wheels at a two-axle truck and connecting parts for connecting truck frames, respectively provided at the intermediate part of the two-axle truck, in the laterally oscillating state, and making the fitting distance of the guide wheels to two-axle travel wheels approximately equal. CONSTITUTION:A frame 3A and a frame 3B are oscillatingly connected to each other by a center pin 4 inserted longitudinally into mutual connecting parts, and tires 2A, 2B travelling on the upper face of a track 1 are fitted to the frames 3A, 3B through reduction gears 8A, 8B. Guide wheels 11A, 11B, 11E, 11F are fitted to both sides of the frames 3A, 3B, and guide wheels 11C, 11D are fitted under the anchor links 6A, 6B of the frames 3A, 3B. In this case, the measure from the centers of the main travel tires 2A, 2B to the guide wheels 11A, 11B, 11E, 11F provided at the end parts of a truck is made approximately equal to the measure to the guide wheels 11C, 11D provided at the center of the truck.
