    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small size oscillator support structure that is suitable for oscillating a scanning mirror of a laser scanning apparatus and a sub-mirror of a radio telescope. SOLUTION: This structure is composed of a rotor 12 that is fixed to a sub-mirror 2 supported to oscillate and is curved like an arc and a stator 14. The magnetized first teeth 22 are arranged at a constant pitch at the external circumference surface 16 of rotor 12 and the stator 14 includes a base material 24, a plurality of cores (26 and others) arranged on the base material 24 and a coil 36 wound to each core. At the end of each core, the second tooth 38 is arranged with the same pitch as the first tooth 22, the second tooth 38 of each core is provided opposed to the first tooth 22 by forming a gap between the first tooth 22 of the rotor 12, and when one second tooth 38 of the adjacent two cores is provided opposed to the first tooth 22, the second tooth 38 of the other core is displaced by almost 1/4 the pitch of the second tooth 38 from the opposing position for the first tooth 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male screw, capable of reducing a cost and man-hours related to forming a screw when a member made of an aluminum alloy to which anodic oxide coating is subjected and in which a helical insert screw is formed and another member is combined therewith by means of the male screw, which is screwed with the helical inset screw then manufactured, and when both of the members are needed to be combined by means of the male screw before the anodic oxide coating is applied. SOLUTION: A member made of an aluminum alloy 12 and another member 24 are combined when a male screw 30 is screwed with a female screw 32. In the member made of an aluminum alloy 12 in which the female screw 32 is formed, a lower hole 14 for forming a helical insert screw is provided by a drill, and a groove 16 for inserting a helical insert is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower hole 14 by a helical tap. The female screw 32 is formed in the groove 16 for inserting the helical insert. In a shaft part 30B of the male screw 30, a male screw part 3002 which is screwed with the female screw 32 is formed.
