摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image storage method and a stored image reproduction method that can build up a data storage format effective to solve various problems in the case of reproduction in a storage type image communication system. SOLUTION: A channel data demultiplexer section 21 demultiplexes various data from an input signal on which image and audio data or the like are multiplexed. An error correction section 22 applies error correction to an FEC(Forward Error Correction) of image data outputted from the channel data demultiplexer section 21. A video frame extract section 23 extracts a video frame from the data outputted from the error correction section 22. A packet generating section 24 generates a packet from the data outputted from the video frame extract section 23 and audio data outputted from the data demultiplexer section. A storage section stores the packet outputted from the packet generating section 24. Thus, the data can be stored in the unit of video frames.

The server selects a mobile object group consisting of plural mobile objects each requiring the same information on the basis of the movement information sent from respective mobile objects and transmits data to plural zone controllers connected to the road side devices allowed to be communicated with these mobile objects by a multicast procedure.

SOLUTION: A terminal 1 being a representative terminal decides communicable terminals 2, 4 and 5 by performing transmission processing to each terminal in order of numbers based on the previously stored calling numbers of terminals 2 to 10 and registers the calling numbers. Then, the terminal 1 successively requests the terminals 2, 4 and 5 to retrieve a communicable peripheral terminal and the terminal 2 decides communicable terminals 3 and 4 by performing communication in order of the terminals 3 to 10. Continuously, the terminals 4 and 5 decide a communicable terminal by retrieving in the same way and the representative terminal 1 receives, stores and registers a communicable terminal decided by each terminal to automatically decide a relay path. Thus, it is possible for the terminals to be utilized as a data collection system indoors and outdoors.

At that time, possibility of controlling information reaches the base station 201 becomes high by either ch1 or ch2. The base station 201 receives it and transmits reception information instructing handover through the use of the same channel. The mobile station executes the hand over processing in accordance with reception information and secures the communication channel with the base station 202. Thus, the time when the transmission of user information at the time of the handover processing is interrupted is shortened, and the deterioration in the quality of the channel is improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reading method and device capable of reading characters in a character area which cannot be read due to its too small size at the time of reading characters in a view image, improving reading accuracy and enabling an operator to easily set up the operation sequence of the device. SOLUTION: A camera 4 with controllable sight line direction and angle of view is used and the camera 4 is controlled by using a sight line direction and an angle of view previously set up by an operator. A camera control value calculation means 3 calculates the sight line direction and the angle of view of the camera 4 in order to enlarge the character area to proper size. An overall control means 1 controls the camera 4 by the use of the calculated values. Consequently a character area which can not be read out due to its too small size can be read out. An operation sequence storing table 2 is prepared so that the operator can easily define an operation sequence and store it in the table 2. Since the means 1 controls respective parts according to the operation sequence of the table 2, the device can be easily applied to various application cases.
