摘要： PURPOSE:To read the contents of plural mails at high speed by extracting and holding a significant period from moving image information and a voice and displaying the held content. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is provided with a center (image store and forward switching device) 3, a communication control section 31, a significant period extraction section 32, an inter-frame difference extraction device 32-1, a significant period deciding device 32-2, and a central control section 33. Then the significant period extraction section 32 extracts a period with a large inter- frame difference in the information sent from a terminal equipment 1 to decide a significant period and stores it in a file memory 34. Thus, a significant part is extracted automatically from the mail inputted individually in the center and edited automatically as a mail of same destination. Thus, the mail readout by the user is implemented at the high speed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the information collecting system which is more exact and easily understandable by forming a part of video information as a pair with respect to answer information to notice information. In such a way, comparing with the case by only a character, information being more exact and easily understandable can be collected.
