摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the vibrating characteristic by securing an approximately symmetrical shape of a movable part to a supporting center line for improvement of the tracking accuracy of the multibeams and by minimizing the forced external force caused by the imbalance in order to secure the approximate coincidence between the centroid of the movable part and the supporting center. CONSTITUTION:The Dove prism 24, i.e., an optical parts of a movable part is fixed by adhering in an approximately cylindrical holder 25. The holder 25 is fixed in a housing 27 by a plate spring 26 consisting of an inner circumference fixing part 26a, plural spiral elastically deformed parts 26b, and an outer circumference fixing part 26c. The coils 28a and 28b are wound on the approximately center surface of the movable part with a prescribed space secured between them. Furthermore, the divided permanent magnets 29a and 29b are attached to the housing 27.

A motor for rotationally driving this roof prism 24 consists of flat coils 28a, 28b and magnets 29a, 29b. These magnets 29a, 29b are bisected and are mounted a housing 26. Two pieces of circular columnar magnets 31a, 31b are adhered and fixed to the surface of a holder 30 symmetrically with the revolving shaft. Iron screws 32a, 32b without having screw heads are disposed in two pieces of screw holes 26a, 26b provided in the housing 26.
