摘要： PURPOSE:To bond an antistatining sheet firmly to a material for preventing stains, by adhering a high polymer film constituting the antistaining sheet with a specific liquid material, contact bonding the resultant antistaining sheet to the material for preventing the stains, and polymerizing the above-mentioned liquid material. CONSTITUTION:(A) A liquid material consisting of a vinyl monomer and/or oligomer capable of dissolving or swelling a high polymer film and adhering the film, e.g. methyl acrylate is applied to one surface of an antistatining sheet having a previosuly formed antistaining layer on the other surface of the high polymer film, and (B) a polymerization initiator is incorporated in either one of the above-mentioned film of liquid material (A). (C) A polymerization accelerator is incorporated in the other. The above-mentioned antistaining material and the high polymer film are contact bonded to provided the liquid material (A) between the antistaining material and the high polymer film to polymerize the liquid material (A) and bond the sheet. EFFECT:The antistaining treatment can be carried out even on a low-energy surface, e.g. a polyolefin convering, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled covering that is excellent in long lasting adhesiveness and in stainproofing effect and hygenically safe and can be used for the outer surfaces of buried steel pipes, by providing a thin film of a stainproofing agent-containing ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a thin film of a polyolefin on the surface of a corrosion preventive polyolefin covering. CONSTITUTION:For example, a polyolefin layer 2 is arranged on a base steel material 1, then a thin layer 3 of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (e.g. one containing 10-30% vinyl acetate group and having a melt index of 3-30) containing a stainproofing agent (e.g. triphenyl tin hydroxide, etc.) is provided thereon and then a thin layer 2' of a polyolefin is provided thereon to obtain the intended covering. EFFECT:When the stainproofing function lowers, the surface layer section may be removed and the treatment is carried out again to restore the function. USE:The present covering is used for covering the inner surface of a pipe for taking-in sea water, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable enhancement of a transparency and enlargement of a color reproduction area, by providing an ink layer in which a coloring material having naphthol azo group or chlorophenyl azo group is dispersed in a wax of paraffin series by using a surface-active agent of nitrogen-containing series. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer is made of, particularly, a material in which a coloring material having naphthol azo group or chlorophenyl azo group is dispersed in a wax of paraffin series by using a surface-active agent of nitrogen- containing series. In the aforesaid ink layer, because a good affinity between a coloring material having naphthol azo group or chlorophenyl azo group and a surface-active agent or nitrogen-containing series results in a remarkably good dispersion of the coloring material in the wax of paraffin series, the transparency is enhanced to a great extent, and moreover, since the transparency curve is nearing an ideal spectrum, a wide color reproduction area is realized. The coloring material of naphthol azo group series such as oxyethylene alkylamine or/and polyoxyethylene alkylamine is effectively used.

As a dispersant, it is necessary to use the nonionic surfactant and, as the nonionic surfactant at this time, ones known heretofore can be widely used but a sorbitan aliphatic ester type surfactant is especially pref. and the sue amount of the nonionic surfactant at this time is usually 0.02-1.0% pref., 0.05-0.5wt% of paraffinic wax. As a the coloring material to be used the one having the phthalocyanine structure represented by formula (wherein M is a metal) can be used effectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to impart a uniform coating property without requiring the heat resistance of a base film at the time of coating, by preparing paraffinic wax having a coloring material dispersed therein as an O/W type aqueous dispersoid. CONSTITUTION:Conventional thermal transfer wax component-containing heat- meltable ink is dispersed in water as an O/W type emulsion using anionic and nonionic surfactants to prepare aqueous ink and an ink sheet is formed from said aqueous ink. By the use of the surfactants as an anion-nonion combination or a combination of nonion with HLB of 12 or more and anion with HLB of 7 or less, the good O/W type emilsion type aqueous ink is prepared. The use amount of the surfactants is about 1-50pts.wt., pref. 2-20pts.wt. to 100pts. wt. of paraffinic wax.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of ground staining and scratching by using a thermal transfer recording medium having a heat-meltable ink layer containing as a wax component a compound as represented by a specific formula on its base material. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer recording medium is formed by providing a heat-meltable ink layer containing a compound of a formula I (where R and R' are each a 10-30C alkyl) as a wax component on a base material. The preferred amount of the compound of the formula I to be used 40-90pts.wt. on the basis of 100pts.wt. binder present in the ink layer. As typified binder component present in the ink layer, thermoplastic resins may be used typiecally. Various additives, e.g., carbon black, etc., may be added to the ink layer.
