    • PURPOSE:To perform effective washing in a short time by rotating an object to be washed forcibly or by a jet flow, further using a rotary nozzle or a rotating and oscillating nozzle to intermittently and repeatedly give impact force to the object to be washed. CONSTITUTION:To the lower end of an output shaft 2a of a rotating device 2 such as a motor with a reduction gear, a wash part 1a of an object to be washed 1 is fixed downwards. Below the object to be washed 1, an jet tip 10a of a rotary nozzle 10 is installed upwards at a prescribed distance D. The rotary nozzle 10 is rotated by a driver 11, and also the object to be washed 1 is rotated by the rotating device 2. While a rotating high pressure water jet flow J is injected from the rotary nozzle 10 in this state, the rotary nozzle 10 is horizontally moved by a rack-and-pinion type horizontal movement device 13 within the area corresponding to the wash part 1a. In this way, the high pressure water jet flow J is made to hit the wash part 1a intermittently and repeatedly to perform effective washing by its impact force.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a compact sliding bearing which can absorb and attenuate sufficiently external force and oscillations to be exerted by adopting hard fragile material as a sliding member of a sliding bearing, arranging a buffer member between a bearing case and a bearing side sliding member, and forming through- holes on a buffer member piercing axially thereof. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 24 made of a hard fragile material such as ceramic or superhard alloy is fitted as a shaft side sliding member to a shaft 22 of a sliding bearing 20. The sleeve 24 is arranged mutually slidably with a bearing side sliding member made of the hard fragile material such as ceramic or superhard alloy, that is, a bearing 26. The bearing 26 is press-fitted to a recessed part 30 of a buffer member 28 made of vulcanized rubber. A plurality of axial through-holes 32 are formed on the buffer member 28 circumferentially and with equal intervals. External force and oscillations to be exerted are therefore sufficiently absorbed and attenuated by the buffer member, and the deformation rate is increased, so that the whole of the sliding bearing can be miniaturized.
