    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground temperature stratified heat accumulating water tank with inexpensive manufacturing cost and high heat accumulating property. SOLUTION: A rotary pressure insertion steel pipe pile is rotary pressure inserted and buried in the ground as a base pile supporting a building. A bottom cover is installed at the tip or the middle of the rotary pressure insertion steel pipe pile to seal the pile for storing water. Water filling piping and intake piping are installed inside the rotary pressure insertion steel pipe pile. A protruding object is mounted on an inner face a bottom cover mounting part of the rotary pressure insertion steel pipe pile or a steel pipe-made water tank in advance. A disc-like drop cover is placed to internally contact the steel pipe pile or the steel pipe-made water tank after burying and mounting the steel pipe pile or the steel pipe-made water tank.     • PURPOSE:To increase vibrational energy absorbing capacity, by forming brace materials out of inner and outer brace materials, and fixing a viscous elastic body rigidly at the inner surface of the outer brace material, as well as providing an expansion allowing gap between the tip parts of both brace materials. CONSTITUTION:A vibration control device is formed by connecting vibration suppressing brace material 6 to the frame 7 of a multistory building constructed of steel columns 22 and steel beams 23. The vibration suppressing brace material 6 is formed of outer brace forming material 1 and inner brace forming material 3. A pipe body is further disposed at the outer brace forming material 1, as well as a viscous elastic body 4 is rigidly fixed on the whole inner peripheral surface of the outer brace forming material 1 integrally with the inner brace forming material 3. An expansion allowing gap 5 is also provided between the flange part 29 of the pipe body and the tip part of the inner brace forming material 3. The vibrational energy absorbing capacity of the vibration suppressing device can be thereby increased without enlarging the cross section of the vibration suppressing brace material 6.
