摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a grain oriented silicon steel sheet capable of forming a primary film and also providing stable Goss-oriented secondary-recrystallized grains. CONSTITUTION:This steel sheet is a grain oriented silicon steel sheet having a composition where 0.001-0.50% of elements having >=70kcal/mol activation energy, such as Hf and Bi, are contained in iron containing 1-7% Si. The primary-recrystallized grain size of this sheet is regulated to 5-35mum, and the standard deviation value is 10-70% of the above. An antimony type compound is added by 0.05-5.0% to magnesia, and the average temp. rise rate from 800'C to the maximum ultimate temp. at the time of secondary recrystallization annealing is regulated to (0.1 to 80) deg.C/hr, and also the bearing between sheets at the time of secondary recrystallization annealing is regulated to . At this time, when a boron type compound is used instead of antimony type compound, the temp. rise rate from 800 deg.C to the maximum ultimate temp. is regulated to (5 to 400) deg.C/hr. By this method, a magnetic flux density of >=1.92T can be stably obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrahigh magnetic density by incorporating Bi into the compsn. of a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet using aluminum nitride as a main inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. of the stock is constituted of, by weight, 0.03 to 0.15% C, 2.5 to 4.0% Si, 0.20 to 0.30% Mn, 0.005 to 0.O40% of one or two kinds of S and Se and 0.0030 to 0.0150% N and moreover added with 0.005 to 0.05% Bi, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. This compsn. may furthermore be added with one or more kinds among 0.05 to 0.50% Sn, 0.01 to 0.10% Cu and 0.005 to 0.5% Sb. The slab having the same compsn. undergoes stages of hot rolling-cold rolling-process annealing-final cold rolling-decarburizing annealing-secondary recrystallization annealing to form into a silicon steel sheet having a required thickness. Thus, its magnetic flux density Bs can be regulated to >=1.95T.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a grain oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties. CONSTITUTION:A kind of so-called intermediate-stage magnetic domain controlling method is used. At the time of preparing a mirror finished material, grooves are formed by means of a roll in a steel sheet after primary annealing. At the time of pressing, the fact that, when rolling is applied to the primary- annealed steel sheet to which a powder of oxide, chloride, or sulfide is allowed to adhere by using a roll having projections, the powder is press-fixed and does not fall is led by a theoretical formula. As a result, the production of the sheet with ultralow core loss by combining the control of intermediate magnetic domain with the dry application of powder is made possible. By this method, the magnetic domain fractionized grain oriented silicon steel sheet can be produced.

After the nitriding annealing, a separation agent for annealing essentially consisting of one or >=two kinds among alumina, silica, zirconia, strontium oxide and forsterite is applied.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties and improved in brittleness by applying hot rolling to a thin cast slab under specific conditions in a manufacturing method where a rapidly solidified thin cast slab of a steel with a specific composition free from the effect of inhibitor is used and nitriding treatment is included. CONSTITUTION:A plate of a steel having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.025-0.100% C, 1.0-4.7% Si, 0.006-0.045% acid-soluble Al, 0.0030-0.0130% N, and the balance Fe, is cold-rolled once or is cold-rolled twice or more while process-annealed between the cold rolling stages to the final sheet thickness. In the process for subjecting the resulting steel sheet to decarburizing annealing, to the application of a separation agent at annealing, and to finish annealing for secondary recrystallization, nitriding treatment is applied to the steel sheet in any of the stages in the range after the production of the cast slab and before the initiation of secondary recrystallization in finish annealing, by that the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet can be obtained. In this method, the cast slab solidified by regulating the cooling velocity in the (alpha+gamma) two phase coexistent region at the time of casting to >=8.5 deg.C/sec is subjected to hot rolling at 900-1300 deg.C at 3-60% draft.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute flattening annealing to provide excellent magnetic characteristics and film adhesiveness to a grain oriented silicon steel which is subjected to annealing by subjecting said steel to shape setting and stress relieving and cooling the steel, then coating a coating liquid thereon and baking the coating. CONSTITUTION:The grain oriented silicon steel which is coiled and is subjected to the high-temp. finish annealing is passed in a sheet state at >=750 deg.C by which the shape thereof is set and the stress is relieved. After the steel sheet is cooled, the coating liquid for forming an insulating film for tension application is coated thereon and while the tension is held applied to the steel sheet, the coating is baked in the temp. region of >=350 deg.C and the Curie temp. or below to form the insulating film. This method is executed to form the insulating film in the finely segmented state of magnetic domains and contributes to an improvement in the iron loss. The deterioration in the adhesiveness of a forsterite film is simultaneously reduced by the low-temp. baking.
