摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid gas leak by removing coke or coal deposited between coal- intrusion-preventing plates of an oven lid as a gaseous matter with a gas- blowing means equipped with a lifting mechanism when the lid is at the waiting position of a movable charging car. CONSTITUTION:On completion of the dry distillation of coal, an oven lid 1 is separated from a coke oven 10 with a door lifter 19 and left standing at a waiting position on an extruder 18. Then, while air is being blown at a pressure of 3kg/cm or higher from an air blow nozzle 20 having an inclination angle differing among the upper, middle, and lower positions, the nozzle 20 is moved up and down at a speed of 20m/min or lower by operating a lifting apparatus. The blown air removes coke and coal deposited or packed in gaps between coal-intrusion-preventing plates as a gaseous matter and completes the cleaning of the lid in a short time. Thus, gas leak from the lid 1 to the atmosphere is avoided, and the total time of dry distillation is reduced because the dwelling of water vapor is prevented.

Atmospheric temperature (furnace temperature) in the combustion chamber is detected by plural PR thermocouples installed in upper side of hair-pin part in the combustion chamber and an average value is calculated, then data treatment smoothing change of the average value with time is performed and a furnace temperature to be controlled is calculated, thus a setting furnace temperature in future same as the response delay time is foreseen and the estimated value of a state quantity obtained by the finite time adjusting observer is fed back and flow quantity of fuel gas is controlled.
