CONSTITUTION: Water taken and conveyed from a river, etc., in an intake reservor is purified by purifcation plants 1, 2. Purified clear water is pressured by pump fields 3, 4, etc., and force-fed to clear water reservoirs 5, 6. Clear water is conveyed to waterwork makers 9, 11, etc., from the clear water reservoirs 5, 6. Pressure clear water on the pump fields 3, 4 is forwarded even to waterwork makers 7, 8, 10, etc., on a water-conveyance duct. Trunk system radio stations are installed to a water-conveyance operation control system 12, the purification plants 1, 2, and the pump fields 3, 4, and branch system radio stations are mounted on the clear water reservoirs 5, 6. Water conveyance information such as the water levels of each clear water reservoirs detected by measurement in the clear water reservoirs of the pump fields 3, 4 and the clear water reservoirs 5, 6 is transmitted to the water-conveyance operation control system 12. The water-conveyance operation control system 12 monitors and determines the status of the operation of a water-conveyance facility while devising a water-conveyance operation plan, and transmits water-conveyance operation control set values to the purification plants 1, 2, the pump fields 3, 4 and the clear water reservoirs 5, 6.

    • PURPOSE:To decide whether production is possible or not by determining the analogous standards to satisfy the prescribed conditions for the information on the new product specifications to be decided, determining at least a part of the conditions for the material tests of the specification information included therein according to the contents of the above- mentioned information on the new product specifications and the contents of the above- mentioned analogous standards and contrasting the resulted final specification information with the information on the past results. CONSTITUTION:Whether the production is possible or not is basically decided by utilizing the actual data on the past ample standard products in this invention. Namely, the standards analogous with the new standards are selected and the product specifications necessary for the decision are determined on the basis of the specification data relating to the selected analogous standards. However, if the conditions of the specific material quality tests of the analogous standards and the new standards vary, the specifications of the analogous standards are adopted in place of the new standards as the product specifications for the decision of this part. Decision is made that the production is possible if the production record of the material quality level stricter than the product specifications to be decided exists for the past results of the conditions on the material quality tests equal to the conditions for the material quality tests for the product specifications determined in such a manner.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an effective recovery of heat of the molten slag by a method wherein the molten slag is casted and solidifed with a casting mold having thermal medium circulated therein, the solidified slag is broken into particles, the remaining holding heat recovered by the gaseous thermal medium is applied to the thermal medium. CONSTITUTION:Molten slag 2 is fed into the casting mold 7 to receive heat from the slag through the partition wall having a thermal conductive characteristic in the thermal medium (such as water) circulation devices 8a-8f and then transmitted to the thermal medium. After the molten slag is solidifed, it is dropped into the slag hopper 11, broken down to a desired size with a slag crusher 12 and fed to the solid-gas heat exchanger 14. Gaseous thermal medium such as air etc. is fed into the solid-gas heat exchanger 14 with a gaseous thermal medium circulation pump 15 and at the same time the heated thermal medium due to its recovered heat is fed to the heating boiler 19. The thermal medium is fed to the heating boiler 19 through the pipe 21 with the thermal medium circulation pump 20 to perform a preheating, the heat is recovered through the circulation devices 8a-8f and then supplied to the turbine 23.

    • PURPOSE:To produce the captioned slag and effectively recover the latent heat of molten slag by closing the bottom port holes of a plurality of cylindrical holes with an openable cover which is provided with mutually connecting slag lead paths then pouring molten slag through the top hole port of an arbitrary cylindrical hole and cooling and solidifying the molten slag. CONSTITUTION:After the bottom hole ports of cylindrical holes 1 are closed with a cover by driving the open-close driving device 42 of a cover device 40, molten slag 6 is poured through the top hole port of an arbitrary cylindrical hole. The slag 6 is led into the other cylindrical holes through the slag lead paths of the inside surface of the cover. When the slag 6 in the cylindrical holes 1 reaches the specified amount, the pouring is stopped. The slag 1 in the cylindrical holes 1 is cooled and solidified by the water in water circulating space 50 and when the vapor pressure of the water 5 exceeds the set pressure of an automatic pressure control valve 13, the saturated steam of the same pressure is recovered, along with which a feed water flow control valve 8a operates so as to maintain the water level of a steam-water separating drum 15 constant. After the specified time, the cover device 40 is fully opened and an extruder 70 is driven to discharge the solidified slag in the cylindrical holes.
