摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for perfectly preventing bridging of a granular material generated in a hopper regardless of the bridging positions in the hopper, without providing unnecessary notches in the hopper for storing the granular material and discharging it from the lower discharge opening. SOLUTION: A steel bar 3 partly deformed to shape a projection at the front end is arranged so as to turn the front end downward and extend along the inclined side wall in a hopper 2 holding a granular material such as iron ore, cokes, or alloy and discharging necessary volume thereof through a gate equipped in the lower part, and the rod of a hydraulic cylinder 4 arranged at the upper part of the hopper 2 is connected at the other end. The steel bar 3 connected to the rod is vertically actuated along the side wall of the hopper 2 by the movement of the cylinder 4 interlocked with the opening movement of the discharge opening gate 5 of the hopper 2 to smoothly discharge the granular material held in the hopper from the discharge opening at the lower part of the hopper, without bridging it in the hopper.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the time until the rapid increase of the particles sticking to a wafer is indicated and to improve productivity by imparting a heating mechanism to a plasma shield for preventing the splashing of sputtering particles. SOLUTION: The peripheral part of a target is provided with the plasma shield having the heating mechanism. The temp. of the plasma shield is monitored during the film formation by sputtering and the plasma shield is heated to attain a specified temp. at 100 to 500 deg.C. As a result, the peeling of the films deposited on the plasma shield which is the cause for the rapid increase of the particles is suppressed, thus the granular crystal growth of the deposited films on the shield does not arise. Whereas, the purpose is not attained unless the heating temp. of the plasma shield is above the lower limit. On the other hand, the target surface is liable to crack at above the upper limit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet reduced in iron loss with high productivity by removing a surface oxide layer from a finish-annealed silicon steel sheet, forming the surface into mirror-like surface by means of high temp. heat treatment in an atmosphere containing specific amounts of hydrogen gas, and then forming a tension film on the above surface. CONSTITUTION:A surface oxide layer on a grain-oriented steel sheet or strip after finish annealing is removed by means, e.g., of chemical polishing or mechanical polishing, by which a ferrite surface is exposed. Subsequently, while interposing, as a spacer, a silicon steel sheet coated with alumina powder, magnesia powder, (alumina + magnesia) powder, or forsterite film between respective layers of the steel sheet, if necessary, annealing is applied to the above steel sheet or strip at >=1,000 deg.C in a gaseous mixture atmosphere containing hydrogen by >=50% by volume to form the surface into mirror-like surface. Then, a tension film is formed on the surface of the steel sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a grain oriented electrical steel sheet exhibiting an excellent iron loss value by pressing the electrical steel sheet subjected to finish annealing at a specific temp. to form recesses then subjecting the steel sheet to a heat treatment at a specific temp. CONSTITUTION:The electrical steel sheet subjected to the finish annealing or an insulating film treatment after the finish annealing is formed with the recesses of a linear, dotted or broken line shape by, for example, a gear type roll under 70-220kg/mm average load in a 50-500 deg.C range. The optimum shape of the recesses is 1-20mm space between the recesses and recesses with regard to the rolling direction and 10-300mum width of the recesses. The depth of the recesses is preferably larger than 5mu in the base iron part of the steel sheet. The direction of the recesses is made 45-90 deg. with regard to the rolling direction.Such electrical steel sheet is then heat-treated at 750 deg.C to generate the fine recrystal grains in the crystal grains, by which the magnetic domains are finely segmented. The grain oriented electrical steel sheet exhibiting the excellent iron loss value equiv. to the iron loss value of the electrical sheet formed by laser irradiation is thus obtd. even if the stress relief annealing is executed.
