摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel members coated with high strength and highly anti- corrosion property having an excellent impact resistance and a high peel strength for steel pipe pile against shocks when driving the steel pipe pile or other impacts created by rubble-stone after the driving and other shocks by ships or other floated objects. SOLUTION: A protecting coat by fiber-reinforced resin is directly fixed to welded bolts and nuts to a shaft position along the coated end portion, and the coating is applied only to steel pipe main body except claws and claw fitting surfaces of steel pipe. That is, a bolt is welded to the surface of the steel pipe pile 1, surface treatment is given including the welded portion, a primer layer 2 and a polyurethane layer 3 are laminated to a thickness of 1 to 6 mm. In addition, on the surface layer, a protective coating layer having the layer thickness of more than 2 mm of fiber reinforced resin 4 is applied to the surface layer. After attaching nuts, the nuts can be fully covered by coating the fiber reinforced resin layer 5 to the surface. Lastly, a decorative paint is coated to the surface layer of the steel pipe pile coated with high strength and high anti-corrosion.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a hot dip Sn plated steel tube having excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The flux for hot dip Sn plating contains, by weight, (1) 60 to 80% ZnCl2 , (2) 5 to 20% NH4 Cl, (3) one or more kinds selected from the chlorides, fluorides and silicofluorides of alkali metal elements or alkaline-earth metal elements by 5 to 15% in total, and (4) one or more selected from the chlorides of Sn, Pb, In, Tl, Sb and Bi by 0.01 to 5% in total. The surface of a steel tube is degreased and pickled, and is dipped into a water based treatment solution of the flux for hot dip Sn plating. The water soluble treatment solution adhered to the surface of the steel tube is dried. Then, the steel tube is dipped into a hot dip Sn bath, and is plated, so that the hot dip Sn plated steel tube is produced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve impact resistance by sequentially laminating protective layers constituted by glass roving cut in a specific length and either polyester or urethane elastomer. SOLUTION: An urethane elastomer layer 3 coated in a thickness of 1 to 10 mm by spraying is laminated on a surface of the substrate-treated steel material 1 covered with a primer layer 2 coated in a thickness of 30 to 200 μm and cured. The surface of this layer is coated with a protective layer 4 constituted by either glass roving cut in a length of 4 to 100 mm and either polyester or urethane elastomer. The mixing weight of the glass fiber with total weight of the roving, polyester or urethane elastomer in the layer 4 is 5 to 50 wt.%, and the thickness of the layer 4 is preferably 1 mm or more. And, when the coating is colored with various color, the layer 4 is colored.

And, the outer surface is coated with a protective layer 6 constituted by any of glass roving, polyester or urethane elastomer cut in a length of 4 to 100 mm. In the layer 4, mixing weight of the glass fiber with total weight of the mat, polyester or urethane elastomer is 5 to 50 wt.%, and the thickness of the layer 6 is preferably 1 mm or more.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost continuously a film of a thin uniform thickness by a method wherein highly viscous coating material is supplied from a nozzle with a screw type coating pump capable of supplying the coating material by an air pump of a specific pressure, and a plurality of coating material are applied with fogging by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current. SOLUTION: The pressure of air for fogging of coating material by atomization mixing is raised to 2-4kg/cm with an air compressor 1, and then supplied to a nozzle 9 wherein a plurality of coating materials can be sprayed by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current of air. Besides, highly viscous curing type coating material is introduced to a nozzle 9 wherein a plurality of coating materials are fogged by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current of air with a screw type pump for main agent coating material 5 and a screw type pump for curing agent coating material 8. Though highly viscous coating material is discharged from the nozzle 9 by 50-300g/min discharge, since the air is supplied as high speed vortex current, the coating material is fogged by atomization mixing. Thereby, a film of uniform thickness of several tens μm is continuously coated.

Furthermore, the steel pipe plated with a metal such as aluminum, zinc, chromium may be used. The steel pipe pile 1 is driven to the underground water vein 6, and the soil inside of the pile is scraped for discharge so as to form a well. A well having the excellent corrosion resistance can be thereby easily obtained.

In manufacturing this coated steel pipe, an epoxy primer layer 2 is formed by, e.g. carrying out rust removal through a grit blasting treatment, and squeeze applying a chromate treating agent blended with trivalent chromium, silica, and phosphoric acid, and then be dried, and thereafter by squeeze applying an epoxy primer on the outer surface of the steel pipe 1 to subsequently be subjected to a high frequency induction heating. Then, the steel pipe is coated with a nylon layer 4 by extruding maleic anhydride modified polyethylene adhesive and 6-nylon from a round die two layers integrally.
