摘要： PURPOSE: To integrate more number of processor elements into a single LSI by miniaturizing every processor element. CONSTITUTION: A data read/write circuit consists of dynamic registers 1 to 4. The data stored in the registers 1 to 4 and the data on the arithmetic results of an ALU 11 are inverted and outputted, and these data are inverted again by the 1st inverters 9a and 9b and a 2nd inverter 10 and turned into the original data. In such a constitution, each of inverters 9 to 10 can function as a conventional flip-flop that is used to hold temporarily the data used for operation and also the computed data. Therefore, a processor element consists of a small number of transistors compared with a conventional processor element consisting of a static circuit. Then the circuit area of every processor element can be reduced.

The plastic tube 12 is wound so as to enclose the outside of the valve 2 and a flange joint 3, and both the ends thereof are fitted to the tapered surface 8 of a side flange 5. A taper ring 10 is assembled on the circumference, and fastened by a bolt 11 to nip and airtightly fix the plastic tube 12 between the tapered surfaces 8, 9. Further, a cylindrical reinforcing cloth 15 is formed on the outside of the plastic tube 12, and both the ends thereof are fitted to the circumference of the taper ring 10 and fixed by a fastening ring 14.
