By the shot peening treatments twice in all, the surface treatment for the sintered titanium allay is executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a brittle rupture causing property of a steel for a low temp. vessel at the weld heat-affected zone by restricting the relation among Al, O and N in the steel to a specified range. CONSTITUTION:C, Si and Mn as basic components of a steel for a low temp. vessel are reduced, further the P content is restricted, and the Al, P and N contents are also restricted to suitable ranges. In addition, Ni and Mo are combinedly added to the steel within certain upper limits. The resulting steel contains =AlX76/ 54/(O+N)>=1.7, O and N in the steel are fixed as Al2O3 and AlN, respectively. Thus, the brittle rupture causing properties of the steel at the weld heat-affected zone are improved.
