    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a soil retaining panel and improve the ease of use by fixing a binding plate at a position where a groove opening in an end part of a vertical beam having a groove fixed on fringes on both sides of a face plate is blocked and providing a connection pin of upper and lower panels in an end part of the vertical beam by utilizing the binding plate. SOLUTION: Vertical beams 1, 1 are fixed in the vertical direction along fringes on both sides of an inner face of a face plate which is formed in such a manner that it has the same size and shape as a soil retaining panel and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing rigid members 2 are fixed in parallel across an interval in the right and left directions and in the vertical direction between the vertical beams 1, 1 on the right and left. The vertical beam 1 is provided with a groove 16 of which front is opened in the vertical direction, and a binding plate 4 is fixed at a position where an opening of the groove 16 in an upper end part and a lower end part is blocked by welding. A connection pin 7 which connects soil retaining panels which are accumulated in the vertical direction is provided in such a manner that it faces up or down in at least one part of the upper end part and the lower end part of the vertical beam 1 by utilizing the binding plate 4. The connection pin 7 is inserted into the groove 16, and a set screw 6 is inserted into a through hole 4a in a condition in which a stopper comes into contact with an end face of the vertical beam 1 and is screwed in a screw hole of the connection pin 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and to make manufacture and execution of work easy by a method wherein channel steels or the like are fixed to both ends of a sheathing plate protecting a side wall of an excavated trench while a reinforcement member is fixed at the center, and vertical frames are formed therewith while the sheathing plates are being heaped up. SOLUTION: Channel steels each having a projected fitting part and a recessed fitting part at its upper and lower part are fixed back to back to both sides of a horizontal stiffness reinforcing member (sheathing plate) 2 made up of a beltlike steel plate or the like by bend-forming, and a reinforcement member 1' made from a channel steel is fixed at the center. The sheathing plates 2 in plural numbers are installed in heaping-up at a side wall of an excavated trench for laying portable water pipes, sewer pipes or the like therein, and thereby a sheathing panel 10 is formed. With the shathing plates 2 heaped up on installation, the projected parts and the recessed parts of the channel steels on both sides are fitted together and a vertical beam 1 is formed thereby while the reinforcement members 1' at the center are connected together to form a vertical beam. Connecting parts of the channel steels are fixed with pins or connecting metal fixtures. The structure of the sheathing plate 2 is simplified while the number of component parts are reduced, making manufacture and transport easy. Thereby, sheathing works can be executed efficiently.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by installing stone stacked pattern forming plates on respective form panels of a major assembly form, and installing single body form panels having a groove type frame in the lower part of the major assembly form after a lowermost stage body is formed. CONSTITUTION:Single body form panels 11 and 12 are arranged in plurality in the longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction, and a major assembly form 10 is formed, and this is raised in order from below to above, using it for other parts, concrete bodies 30 and 130 are formed, so that a concrete dam can be constructed. In this construction method, stone stacked pattern forming plates are installed on the respective form panels 11 and 12 of the major assembly form 10, and the lowermost stage concrete body 30 is formed of this major assembly form 10. Next, the single body form panels 11 and 12 having groove type frames 17 and 23 on the inner surface outer peripheral edge are installed in the lower part of the lowermost form panels 11 and 12 of the major assembly form 10. This major assembly form 10, 10 is raised forcibly in order from below to above, and while using it for some other purpose, the concrete body 30 is formed. Thereby, a stone stacked pattern can be formed without sticking the stone stacked pattern forming plates every time it is used for some other purpose.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a support jack for earth retaining consisting of a rotational adjusting member having a screw shaft with a screw section on an outer circumference and a female screw screwed to the screw shaft on an inner circumference and a cylindrical body, in which the screw shaft is fitted in a freely forwarding-retreating manner by operating the rotational adjusting member, and to prevent the occurrence of scuffing in a section, etc., between the screw section of the screw shaft and the female screw of the rotational adjusting member. SOLUTION: Each member of the support Jack 1 for earth retaining is composed of the casting of aluminum or an aluminum alloy while the screw section 2 of a screw shaft 3 and the female screw 4 of a rotational adjusting member 6 are formed in different hardness and/or surface properties. For example, either of the screw section 2 or the female screw 4 is cast by a sand mold, another is cast by a mold, difference is formed under heat-treatment conditions after casting, or either is cast of aluminum or the aluminum alloy having the different quality of material. It is preferable that a part of the outer circumferential surface of the rotational adjusting member 6 is formed in a polygonal shape or a plurality of projecting strips 20 or recessed sections 21 are formed.
